Director and people involved should be treated as criminal and citizenship stands cancelled retrospectively. Also their personal properties seized in india and abroad. Just put these three conditions and most of the culprits will be facing bans and loss citizenship with state gaining a lot of lost ground. 4. Most important thing is place the right people for the job. What you've covered is just tip of an iceberg. It's not even. Christians use NGO's but muslims use mosques. Bring them under state control and govt. Will actually hit the jackpot.
I suggested to Narendra Modi 1.0 say about 6 years back to Tax NGOs, FCRA funding, Civil society, media, academia, religious, charity, various kind of trust from family to company etc including CSR funding, political parties funding needed to be taxed flat 10%. Reason money laundering, criminal money, anti india, anti Hindu, anti local getting disempowered. Meanwhile abolish personal income tax to reduce corruption, generate employment, rising criminalisation of politics, violence etc.

you need to understand why lynchings happen...... 1 nearly 3.5 crore pending cases you know how long it takes to get the justice plus huge money involved in filing cases. 2. most of these cases happens when these people (who are lynched ) steal cattle from villages and since villagers are dependent on cattle for their livelihood(a good cattle cost from50k - 1.5lakh) AND THESE CASES of stealing happen very often and when these thieves are caught people beat them

Take away lands of fcra companies. Also ban fcra in charity. Free Hindu temples from government control. Use this money for Indian charity work.
