29:34 - 35:35 I have said earlier, i will say it again, we will keep having this discussion decade after decade, until you solve the core 2 problems in the Indian Experiment, its the Bureaucracy and the Judiciary. Every other Problem economic, political, cultural, social, etc. if you dig will come down to these two institutions. And it won't be solved until there is a strong movement from the people for change in them, so that politicians and our media can invest their political capital in that issue.

Last 40 years, all brains of India are working for America for salary and coolie. It's high time India both Central and state Govts must now bring back the top brains and nurture our own young minds and create our own systems.

sad thing is that Indian brain making American company rich. Also, Indian brain developing new tech for western company

Bharatiya model of thinking must come out by reviewing policy prescriptions relevant to our issues. Decolonisation of our mind set and decolonisation from global technological products and services and hold our own against geo political developments. We must have an Indian identity and work to raise our image in global arena which we must be proud of.

A good intellectual discussion. Some key points have been missed out.
    1. Recognition of Meritocracy. Reservations will produce only more liabilities!
    2. Revamping of curriculum in all major universities to bring them on par with IITs and/or NITs and get them exposed to cutting edge technologies.
    3. GoI must pull up the lazy pimps of India (IT Service majors like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc) and have them invest 10% to 15% of their profits in in R&D.

    Thank you, Rajiv ji.
You are aware that since our childhood we have been taught Delhi Sultanate as history of Bharatvarsh, including Tipu Sultan as a jewel, in our growth as a nation. We have to set right out Itihasa.
you are right that two sides should sit together and settle issues amicably.
But alas! The toolkit operators of divisive forces have sown since Malabar Genocide, about a century earlier, are being guided by Muslim Brotherhood and supported by INDIc, WHICH helped JKLF TO INDERTAKE GENOCIDE OF SANATANA DHARMA FOLLOWERS FROM KASHMIR VALLEY.
    Mahadev Bless Us All

True. The innovation environment in India still does not exist. To take any idea or technology further to the market is another hurdle. From my experience working in a high end technology enterprise in India I was compelled to leave the country and find a position in a foreign country where I found job satisfaction in the high end technology that interested me. It’s not the money only. Question is how can the Indian system reward capability and risk taking. Also the system should recognize failure as an integral part of risk taking and evolution. The Indian entrepreneurship system is risk averse, wants easy solutions and has no stomach for novelty and development. So easy to continue to pay royalty and produce under license.

What an irony, ninety percent of the students in the audience want to leave India at the first available opportunity. This discussion is so confusing to them because the same NRIs were criticizing India and Indian culture left right and center just few years ago, and America was supposed to be heaven on Earth!!!!!! Students don't seem to interested in what is being told.

I like India Stack and the push for indigenous and strategic autonomy. The wikipedia page for iSpirit says it was 'recognized' by USAID. This is concerning. Its a front for the CIA and all fake NGO issues Rajivji has been screaming for years about. Hope its nothing beyond a recognition. CBDC is a bad idea - don't want it india. Fully online but non-weaponizable is key.

1.45 billion people, highest number of young people with tech education with 650 million dollar foreign exchange, what is India's problem in flying into the sky with new advances in technology and self reliance. Every state in India can invest and develop equivalent to some countries elsewhere, it is the rusted corrupt mind of political system which is pulling behind.

The moderator of this video - needs to change his approach: instead of talking down to the young student audience, and directing them as to what they should do, the moderator should take notes, write up a nice summary and share it with the audience (written report), and take it forward to share it with the Minister of Telecommunications, Software, and everyone else. Moderator - do not talk down to today's Yount Indian Leaders in the audience. Stop being a "father figure"
