For me it's not an ice cream cake if there's no sponge cake with the ice cream. While nice, this is basically just a large round McFlurry served with butterscotch sauce.
Having said that, I think potato chips might go good in this. I’m just the guy that dunks my French fries into a Frosty or chocolate ice cream. I enjoy the contrast of flavors.
Doesn't pouring vanilla extract into boiling sugar defeat the purpose of adding it? I'd assume the heat would destroy any flavor or scent of vanilla if you add it at this point.

Why don't you call it "different form of sugars mixed together".. if you put this much sugar n milk n cream n syrup n bla n bla n bla...any damn thing will come out good.... I didn't find it very brilliant...
To serve toxic 'food' with a such a sweet smile is evil. If your intention is to kill your family and viewers, I applaud your patience, but there are faster ways.
