Just AMAZING! The books are some that I just went to Amazon to order. The reason I don't already own them is that I am a textile artist, printmaker and abstract painter. WOW I have been making art for 60 years and the is never a time when you can't learn something new. I am so impressed with your work and I will buy your book- you will totally do this!
Sketching: the basics by Koos Elssen and Roselien Steur. This book is great if you want to learn product sketching and perspective. It has clean, well colored sketches. Thank you for these amazing recommendations and giving inspiration :)

This is areally usefull video for anyone interested in drawing. I already own 3 of the books - the 500 faces book which is excellent, and the 2 James Gurney books, both of which are truly in the league of the most important and influential art books ever written. Every artist quotes them as being super important on understanding colour and realising where they were going wrong with there own art. Virtually every artist on TH-cam who has made a book list has had James Gurney there and for good reason. Thanks for the other recommendations as well.
Wow, I just kept amazed by the knowledge of these books and how inspirational they can be!!! Sadly I don't live in us but I would try to find some similar ones with the main subject, but this is definitely a good guide, thanks jess!! I can see tons of information and how could be very useful to stay productive.

You know that feeling... when you don't do you sketchbook in order bc ur dumb 😑 and then u need to find blank pages to fill but can't fill them bc the other side has a cute drawing and u don't want ur new art to bleed on it 😭 Or is that just me... yep I think it is 😂
Nope, it's not just you. I do this all the time. Can't tell you how many times I've ruined the picture on back because I was so into what I was doing I FORGOT about the old art work.

I use mostly pintrest for inspiration. I have a couple of fantasy anatomie,landscape and manga drawing books but i don,t use them that often. I wanna learn how to drawing from life, from my imagination or my memory.
When you make your book one day, i want to make sure i get it bcoz you are an artist i realllllyyyy love and inspire and i have learned many things tooo from ur videos. I have improved a lotttt! U deserve it!!
Art books are the stuff of dreams. Oceans, deserts, angels, forests, still life, flowers and people -- the images stay with you long after you close the book. Sci Fi art books are even better. These are my 2 favorite art books on Amazon: - Aviation Art by Lou Drendel - Great Fighter Jets of the Galaxy 1 by Tim Gibson
