If you have an art supply you haven’t used, and want ideas on how to use it; let me know! I would love to create ideas for you and your abandoned art supply! ❤ Even if it’s highlighters, I’m game! 😉
You already got me to dig out my art supplies and use them today. I didn’t realize how much I needed this creative time, so finding your channel was a real gift💓💓I have a ton of mixed media materials such and would love any ideas you have for integrating things like yarn, chenille stems, and cut out images to make unique art. Thank you!
I just found your channel today and I am 68 and just starting out. I think you are so creative I love this video and will be binge watching to get started ❤️🙏😍🇨🇦👍
The page that you thought was ugly, I loved it and thought is was beautiful. I gasped when you started drawing the scribble lines. I was like NOOOOOOOOOOOO. Love your videos.
Your little town looks like it is having a fireworks show!! 🎆 The pages that you painted over the thumbnail picture and did the reverse coloring on the flowers is stunning!! 🌟 So colorful! 🌈 The leaves pages are calming! 🍃 I know I'm odd, but I liked your taped page, especially after you added the bubbles and lines! 😍 I'm glad you were able to find therapy with it! 🥰 Your intertwined lines are very freeing! 🤗
Hey Karen! Thank you so much! I actually like the tape page now that it has the lines on top! I have a hard time not tearing up pages but I’m glad I didn’t!
@@bycreativepaula You're quite welcome!! 🤗😍 Impulse can be hard to control, but you won this time, and you created something you like!! 👏👏 Win, win!! 🏆
These ideas are so wonderful. I’ve now got 7 pages in my journal from your satisfying 7 ideas. The very first one I did bled through 😂 and I thought about tearing out the page, but instead I drew circles all over it and it actually turned out awesome with the bleed through! Your ideas are simple to do yet elegant and beautiful. I’m so grateful to you and the other artist I follow on TH-cam. I’m grateful that both of you are sharing your art and giving ideas and lessons. It may not seem like a big deal, but you have no idea how life changing this can be for someone who suffers from anxiety so crippling that I’m afraid to even start. Sometimes all we need is just a little push. I’m very excited to start these 9 new ideas. Thx again
I'm so glad I stumbled upon this video. Early this year, not knowing what to do with myself, I got the idea to learned how to watercolor. I bought some how-to books, pattern books for painting in, sketchbooks, sketchpads, paints, brushes, WC paper, etc. I was really looking forward to giving it a try. However, I ended up needing to put everything aside. I was feeling overwhelmed by so much going on in my life as a result of losing my husband in Sept 2023. As I'm getting close to completing the installation of my large greenhouse and garden on my 1 acre property, I'm thinking about what I'll do when the snow begins to fall again. In addition to learning to embroider recently, I'm looking forward to getting back to my water coloring desire and to trying some of the techniques you demonstrated in this video. As a nature and gardening lover, my favorite is the 2 leaf page spread. But I also REALLY like the loose, watery flowers you zentangled over. I too wasn't crazy about the page you "hated", but I love how you turned your attitude around about it and used another technique I've wanted to try, the neurographic doodling technique. You did a great job with this video and I look forward to returning to it when I have my sketchpad and paints in front of me once the snow falls this fall & winter. Thanks for the great demo!
Thank you so much Michelle! ❤️ I’m glad you have so many beautiful things to try after your loss, I know they can’t possibly replace your partner but I’m sure they will help a lot: sending big hugs. You’ll have so much inspiration from everything in your green house I’m sure you’ll really love water coloring through the winter ❤️
Not all art is drawing with a pencil. I've thought of this so often but didn't know how to create these visions in my mind on paper. You have showed me how to work with watercolors and markers to make what I see in my mind and I'm just beside myself. I need a watercolor palette like yours, couple brushes, and a sketchbook. I can't wait to see what I can put down on paper. I have the feeling that I will fill a lot of sketchbook before I run out of ideas and time. I'm 80 and so glad I clicked in your channel. My heart was hunting for a way and you showed it to me. This is absolutely magic!
Hi!!! I’m so happy and grateful you clicked too!!! Thank you so much! I’m sure you’ll have a blast and absolutely positive you won’t run out of ideas!!! ❤️ you are magic! ✨
I just found you a few days ago... and I AM HOOKED on your channel!! I have been an artist since I was a little kid - like, I was illustrating what I heard around me before I could write. I had gotten away from it for awhile because of shoulder and hand pain, but it is now therapy for me: mentally and physically. Your artwork has inspired me to try new things in a sketchbook - and be much more free in my work. I'm almost 60, so an old dog CAN learn new tricks! I absolutely LOVED when you were just painting with the music playing. I could listen and watch that for an hour (or two!). THANK YOU!! Thank you for sharing your art with the world and reintroducing me to my first passion!
Oh wow Suzette!!! ❤️❤️❤️ thank you so so much! I’m so happy to have you here, welcome! It honors me and makes me really happy that you have felt inspired and came back to your passion and joy! Thank you so much for sharing this with me ❤️
The one you hated is the one I loved the most. Your line colors were beautiful as were the blurry circles! Very creative ! Thank you for sharing your talent!
💖Love the Curvy lines and the negative painting. These are all really great ideas. I love this type of video. 😃👍 I love each page, your paintings, and the mock ups, and the "Maze page" that you hated was beautiful, in my opinion. and the neurographic-art is cool. 😃👍
I love how you describe Artisi's tantrums that is so familiar painting something and saying "OOoyuck! Rip it out! But you explained how you can "Save the drawing by embellishing it! Lynn Eyland Halifax, NS
I love that you are honest about your “tantrums” because as a perfectionist art has always been hard for me. It’s nice to see that other artists have problems with their work and find ways to get around it. I also love that you are doing this for fun and to explore. That’s a place where all art should come from.
I was so sad that you destroyed the line artwork, I thought it was beautiful. I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Love the colors & the round circle.
Not only do I love your ideas for sketchbooks, but I also absolutely adore how you show them as a mock-up for a larger painting or print! I'm going to go through all my stuff and sort of try that see what they would look like. Thanks for the great ideas all around. 💜💜💜
I watched your other sketchbook video too and it did inspire me. I allowed my mother to destroy my love of drawing and painting because everything I did was met with why no one else would like it. I’ve been trying to find that joy again and your videos have helped me do exactly that. So, thank you.
I love your explanation of tantrums. I scrap ALOT . Thank you for reminding us all why we even make art at all. To play and have fun because we love it.
Hello! I came across this your videos on sketchbook ideas and enjoy them. Negative painting is hard for me but I will try following yours slowly and see if practice improves this skill for me. Personally I thought the maze page was great even before you added the wavy lines. Thanks so much for the inspiration!❤
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I reiterate many of the comments I read: your relaxed, free-flowing style, your easy to listen to tutorial, how simple you make it look. Your work is beautiful, especially in giant size on the walls. I ordered some of your suggested supplies which will arrive Monday. I can't wait for my foray into watercolors! I was disappointed I couldn't find Jane Davenport's paints that I could afford. I hope to see more of your videos in the future. I love the format of doing several different paintings in your sketchbook in one video. :😊
Thank you so much for your kind words 🥰 I hope you are enjoying your art supplies already! I will be soon trying some new watercolor! I’ll keep you posted!
A 16:43 thank you soooo much for teaching the organic fill in lines. I've had fun drawing white lines on my painting that I thought was too plain and needed something. It's not finished yet but I'm so happy. Debbie from Melbourne Australia
Hello again. I just found you tonight (as I mentioned in the previous video I watched), but forgot to comment on what an amazing difference it makes when you have your sketch book art blown up and displayed on a wall...WOW!!! Also, thank you so much for sharing your art supplies. I'm quite new to watercolour and alcohol markers, and have found it to be a little confusing just what to invest in. I'm grateful for the help.
Hey again! If you are beginning you are so lucky you can focus more on the fun that in the supplies! Get whatever makes you the most excited to play with! In sure you’ll have tons of fun and you’ll too stumble with lucky mistakes that will turn into something great! ❤️❤️❤️
Just came across your channel this morning. Can't tell you how much you've inspired me to start creating abstracts. I can't draw or paint really but you've given me some ideas so thank you and I look forward to following you 🙂
LOVE! Thank you so much for all these fun ideas for relaxing moments with our sketchbooks. You are so creative! I love to make are but am not very naturally creative, so I tried some of your ideas from your previous video like this one and was surprised that I quickly had ideas for more pages. It was just a matter of getting started! Thank you.
Paula, I love all the sketchbook ideas! Another video idea for our sketchbook that would be helpful for me, and hopefully for many of your followers would be ideas to do while traveling. Whether it's a road trip or a plane ride, having creative options with fewer art supplies, is helpful creatively but also for those who need the distraction for traveling anxieties. Some pages could be partially prepped, or doing some of the prep work when we get home? Anyway, thanks for listening, can't wait to see more sketchbook ideas!
I absolutely love that! ❤️I have been able to create with very little supplies on the go so I’m going to add this extraordinary idea to my list!!! Thank you so much!!! 🙌🏻
This is genius! I have watched other videos about negative painting making the same leaves. The videos made me feel I could never understand negative painting. Your method gave me new hope.
Hobby artist here- I’ve really enjoyed these 2 videos. Great prompts. I always have trouble thinking of ideas and always worry too much about the final product. I love hearing your thoughts as you go through creating these pages. Inspirational! Thank you!!
Just found your work and loved it all. I’m going to try and blend your ideas in with my embroidery….. of course not line for line but in a creative way……. the lovely green leaves for example, how stunning that would look in fine, long and short stitch…. thread painted . Then there’s always filler stitches to colour the leaves , and the houses…… so many ideas. Something different to INSPIRE…….. INSPIRATION IS THE KEY, when you come across something different it definitely gets your creative juices flowing. Thankyou for sharing your wonderful work.
Thank you so much Christine! 🥰I loved that you felt inspired and that you e shared with me where your inspiration took you!!! Sounds amazing! ❤️❤️❤️ much gratitude!
Loooviiiing the leaves and houses page! I gotta be better about just doodling or creating just to create. If everything has a purpose or direction, seems to be less room for experimenting - since youre looking for a “perfect” result each time.
Yessssss! That’s how I feel about my work as an artist… I really needed this space where I just create for the sake of and I’m not selling my paintings…. It’s just for fun! And it works! ❤️
So happy I stumbled across your channel! I have wanted to paint with watercolors forever and ended up quitting after several failed attempts and instructional videos that didn’t give some specific enough directions. You and your channel re-ignited my desire to paint, and your flowers picture from this video absolutely freed me. I’ve thought about taking a painting in other directions but was never happy with the direction I went 🙄. Your technique and suggestions have fixed that and I cannot wait to paint something else. Thank you SO much!!
Thank you so much Natalie! Welcome so happy to have you here! I’m so honored my channel has inspired you to create again! I feel so much of what we see out there stops us from creating because we think we need a style to be recognized by, or like you mentioned; one direction… and I feel we should be able to create for pure joy, on a whim, without direction! I truly hope you painted something and that it felt great! ❤️
Really appreciate the time you took to show a mockup of the idea in a larger scale! I really want to fill my home with some of my own art and seeing how simple it is to turn a quick project in a larger scale definitely makes it less intimidating! So clever! My first video of yours, not even halfway in and I had to post already enjoying so much 👏
Just found you. You are good therapy for me. I am learning a lot from you and I appreciate you sharing your whole process including the things you are unhappy with. Your work is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing all that you do.
Hola, Paula, me encantan tus ideas. Son fáciles y con resultados fantásticos, lo que anima mucho a realizarlas. Espero ponerlas en práctica pronto. Gracias por compartirlas. Saludos
Very fun. I love to draw and paint but struggle both with ideas and relaxing with the process. Thanks for the inspiration in your videos that I can use to practice!❤
I did 4 of my favorites from the previous tutorial ...and got to say...ended up spending the WHOLE DAY doodling and very happy with the results. Thank YOU ❤
I just discovered you, and I’m absolutely thrilled! I have watched so many different videos, and so many different artists, and I have to say that you are one of the best! You are very easy to understand very easy to follow very clear and your content is beautiful, and the way you explain it step-by-step is fantastic! I can’t wait to start a sketchbook and use your ideas. This was extremely inspirational and motivating! I hope so much that you continue to make more content just like this video! Love, love, love!!! ❤❤❤
Thank you!! This looks like so much fun and help for those of us who get ‘stuck’… Also - thank you for the discussion about how you fixed the page you hated. I have thrown away half of my pages toooooo often, and appreciate a completely unexpected idea on how to fix. As I was staring at your final art - I had an intense desire to put colored washes over the areas between each of your lines. TOOO fun!!!
Ohhhhh yeah you’re right! that sounds like so much fun! Maybe next time I’ll process an artistic tantrum with color and not just scribbles! I’ll try for sure! Thank you! Don’t forget to have fun! And maybe rio the page afterwards anyhow; but have fun with it first … that’s the beauty of ruining something: nothing more to loose if you keep playing with it! ❤️
❤ Thank you for the inspiration of each theme in this video. What I love about this and the 7 ways video is how easy they are and how colorful they can be. Even in muted colors, these turn out beautifully. My sketchbook is filling up! 🥰
Love these ideas. I have a hard time just starting anything. I'm glad that you included the one that you didn't like and how you felt about it. It helps to see others having the same issues and suggestions to help get through it.❤
I just found your Channel today and I love it! How do you create the mock-ups? I always wonder if mine would look good on a wall but I've never figured out how to find out.
I'm so happy you made another one! I'm infinitely interested in this theme, please share more! And plz made another one about creating your own abstract interior decoration! Happy to see your creativity flow, and wish your channel a lot of success!
Thank you so much! And will do! The abstract art will come first and then more sketchbook with material suggestions I’m getting and I really wanna try!
I just discovered your channel. I love that your approach is to have fun. You show methods that I truly feel like I can practice. Thank you so much. And I also love that you show what they would look like as wall art.
Thank you thank you thank you!!! I so appreciate your honesty, transparency and your encouragement. I’m so excited to start some of these ideas! These are perfect for my primary students to start with. Again thank you. Blessings from 🇦🇺
Love your sketchbook ideas. As a beginner and a terrible artist I can not with the perfectly painted ‘Miyazaki’ scenes or botanicals. But yours are inspiring. Something I can actually make ! ❤🙏🏽
Wow! You are so HARD on yourself. Nothing is ugly. You clearly prefer flowing lines to angles and that’s all right. But to say it is ugly and you beyond-hate it, is quite childish 😂😂😂 Your art is beautiful and inspiring and therapy on a page. ❤
I loved, loved, LOVED the first sketch book idea, so I immediately watched this one, too. You are SO inspiring. And fun to listen to. Thank you for sharing your time and talent. Question: how do you pick colors? My color combos are not as pretty as yours!
Wow, thank you! ❤️ I usually do it by putting the markers or colors together first! But there’s times were even like that once they are down it looks wrong so… maybe I don’t have the best advice 🫣 trial and error?
Thank you Paula so glad I found you, you are so inspirational you make me want to pick up my brush and start painting again after years of negative thoughts about my art. 😊❤
😊Just a comment on materials: you showed them too quickly and moved them around so much I couldn’t read the makers. The sketchbook ideas were motivating and gave me the inspiration to pull out my sketchbook and get started. Thank you.
I really love the houses and the reverse coloring page the most! All were beautiful, but those were my faves. Thanks for these warm up ideas. Happy painting! 🌻
Really fell in love with the first art prompt (the overlapping leaves) so stopped the video and started painting it right away. Oh boy, are my creative juices flowing! thanks so much for sharing
Hi Paula, I’m so happy that you’re also on YT now and I enjoy watching your videos a lot. Since you have mentioned it, I would be pleased to watch you trying out the Arrtx Acrylic markers. They come in an amazing range of colours and I am sure that you would love playing with them. Cheers from Anja 😘
I recently discovered your channel and I love it. Your creative ideas and lovely, honest attitude really helped me try watercolor. I tried once before and didn’t enjoy it. But your ideas give people permission to have fun and try something. Thank you! Love all of it so much!!
I just discovered your channel today. I really like your style! I like doodling floral abstracts and organic shapes, too. You've encouraged me to let myself do some simple things in my sketchbook.
Hi! So cool you lived here! I’m in cumbaya! Sadly though I still get most of my supplies in the Stayes, not much variety here.. I actually think my Poscas and gold markers are the only supplies I do get here 🤔 but you know I’ve had my watercolors and color pencils for ages so it’s ok! 😊
I just found your channel too, like the comment before mine. I love the ideas for painting, but more than that, I love how easygoing you are about what could have been a mistake. Thank you for encouraging those of us who are scared of messing up a page. I can do this!
I really admire your work - it's very creative and expressive. I love the way you let the work grow into itself. I'm yet another retiree who took up watercolor to try my hand at art again, after an early attempt at oil painting when I was 19. I did one really nice self-portrait, and then never did anything else. Life got too busy. Now I just noodle around but it's starting to look like art. I'm going to follow your channel because you,ve inspired me not to be too hesitant. I've also made a note to purchase some of the items you used. BTW, I really liked your "rejected child", especially when I tilted my head and looked at it in landscape orientation. No accounting for taste, I guess. Carol in Boston.
Hey Carol! Welcome!!! And thank you for sharing with me ❤️ you know what I never thought about rotating to portrait I was so “in the tantrum” wish I had! Hope you keep having fun with your art! 😊🥰

Oh yay!!I'm so glad! That’s exactly what I’m trying to achieve! ❤️ have fun!
I really enjoyed this. Thankyou
Glad you enjoyed it! And thank you!
I loved this video! I love several of your ideas and I'm an artist too so am going to try them myself! Love how they're so easy! 💓
Hi Paula, thank you very much for sharing your ideas. You are right the paintings look amazing when blowing up and put on a wall.
You are so welcome! ❤️ I’m so happy you agree! ☺️
Seriously it’s not ugly it’s beautiful!
🥰 thank you!
I can't draw or paint really but you've given me some ideas so thank you and I look forward to following you 🙂
Thank you so much! I’m so happy these have inspired you to create! I’m sure you’ll do great! ❤️
loved the explanation of negative painting and also the houses were a surprise in that you used more black than expected.
Thank you! So glad you liked it! 😊
I like "not planned"! Thank you for all the tips, Paula. You are great!
Anytime! ❤️thank you!
Thank you.
Thank you for sharing this with me! I’m so happy these helped spark your own creativity! 🎉
I agree - what a great idea!
This is genius! I have watched other videos about negative painting making the same leaves. The videos made me feel I could never understand negative painting. Your method gave me new hope.
Oh that’s great! Thanks you for letting me know! That makes me very happy! 😊
Hobby artist here- I’ve really enjoyed these 2 videos. Great prompts. I always have trouble thinking of ideas and always worry too much about the final product. I love hearing your thoughts as you go through creating these pages. Inspirational! Thank you!!
So happy you liked them! And thank you so much ❤️ letting me know I’ve inspired you us the greatest gift! 🥰
It’s always such a surprise and delight to find a new artist that helps me look at everything differently. Love your work and teaching style.
Thank you so much Sharon!!! 💕I’m glad I was able to help you switch perspectives 🥰
So clever! My first video of yours, not even halfway in and I had to post already enjoying so much 👏
Wow thank you so much! I’m happy you enjoyed it! 😊
Just found you. You are good therapy for me. I am learning a lot from you and I appreciate you sharing your whole process including the things you are unhappy with. Your work is so beautiful. Thank you for sharing all that you do.
Thank you so much for coming along this creative journey!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I’m so happy you’ve found inspiration too 😊
Loved this tutorial. Very inspirational And thank you for showing how good these would be blown up to a larger size ❤
You are so welcome! And thank you! ❤️
Hola, Paula, me encantan tus ideas. Son fáciles y con resultados fantásticos, lo que anima mucho a realizarlas. Espero ponerlas en práctica pronto. Gracias por compartirlas. Saludos
Muchísimas gracias! Que te diviertas mucho probándolas! ❤️
PLEASE please do more of these. They are wonderful!! ❤
I will! Thank you so much 😊
I teach beginning watercolor at a senior center. This gives me great ideas to show the students. Watercolor journal
Oh wow! That’s so amazing! ❤️ I’m so happy my videos are giving you more ideas! Thank you!
New one coming next week!!
Very fun. I love to draw and paint but struggle both with ideas and relaxing with the process. Thanks for the inspiration in your videos that I can use to practice!❤
You are so welcome!❤️
I did 4 of my favorites from the previous tutorial ...and got to say...ended up spending the WHOLE DAY doodling and very happy with the results.
Thank YOU ❤
Oh wow that’s so wonderful!!!! 🙌🏻 thank you!! ❤️
Love all your pieces! So creative. Thank you for not tearing up the page you didn’t like. I think it turned out so nice.
I love these sketchbook ideas and even got started on one this week 😅
Oh yay!!! So happy you did! Hope you have fun! ❤️
I'm definitely gonna try that leaf one. Thank you.
Have fun!!! 😊
Thanks! Just discovered your channel! I’m a flight attendant and definitely need something like this for stress relief! 😂Thank for your ideas!
Hi Sherry!!! Thank you so much! ❤️ I’m so happy these will be good for you! More coming soon!
Great deas! I just made some of them, sometimes it's hard to find fresh ideas to get out of the comfort zone,, thank you!
Thank you! I hope you enjoyed them!!! New ideas out today 😊
I love all your ideas, thank you! It's so cool how you show how they look larger and framed, too ~ very cool.
You are so welcome! ❤️ thank you!
Just purchased some water color paint set and looking forward to using some of your tips. Exciting times ahead for this old person 🎉
Oh yay!! I’m so happy you got supplies to play with! ❤️ have fun!
Thank you so much for all your kind words! Will have more of these in the future! And welcome! ❤️
I love the filler exercises❣️ I’ve had a little artistic block so thank you for shaking me out of that! Saved!!🙏🏽🙋🏻♀️👍🏽
Yay! I’m so happy about that! It’s exactly why I’m sharing them for ☺️ thank you! ❤️
Thank you very much for this Paula. So inspiring and do-able. Just what I needed!
That’s so great! ❤️ hope you have fun doing it! Thanks!
I LOVE the tree that you think is ugly! Enjoyed your videos.
Thank you so much!
❤ Thank you for the inspiration of each theme in this video. What I love about this and the 7 ways video is how easy they are and how colorful they can be. Even in muted colors, these turn out beautifully. My sketchbook is filling up! 🥰
You are so welcome!❤️ so happy that sketchbook of yours is getting busy! 😊
Love these ideas. I have a hard time just starting anything. I'm glad that you included the one that you didn't like and how you felt about it. It helps to see others having the same issues and suggestions to help get through it.❤
Thank you so much! ❤️ I’m glad sharing helps! And now you also know you can always start with a frustrated scribble! 😊
I REALLY love the labyrinth one, even without the texture. I'm going to make one myself!
Oh nice! Let me know how it goes!
@@bycreativepaula I've made a4 labyrinth painted into abstact melt of colours. I am satisfied with the effect
@@wildfemaleSMARTFON oh yay! That’s great! ☺️
I was so inspired by the leaves, the negative painting one. I am going to do that in ocean colors, making it seaweed instead of leaves!
Oh what a beautiful idea! Have fun!
I just found your Channel today and I love it! How do you create the mock-ups? I always wonder if mine would look good on a wall but I've never figured out how to find out.
Welcome!! ❤️ I use an app on my phone called Smartist 😊
I love how beautifully you share and express your amazing talent and inspiring work!
Thank you for your amazing self!
Thank you so much! 🥰
Negative space leaves are sp pretty! I wish you could have heard me scream when I saw the mock-up hanging on the wall! I love it!
Thank you!!! ❤️ I have to admit I want to make them super large now!
Thank you so much! Love to have you here welcome! I also love love love having the mock ups! Makes me a happy artist!
Thank you thank you thank you!!! I so appreciate your honesty, transparency and your encouragement. I’m so excited to start some of these ideas! These are perfect for my primary students to start with. Again thank you. Blessings from 🇦🇺
Thank you so much Lisa! ❤️ i hope they have fun too!
Love your sketchbook ideas. As a beginner and a terrible artist I can not with the perfectly painted ‘Miyazaki’ scenes or botanicals.
But yours are inspiring. Something I can actually make ! ❤🙏🏽
I’m so glad! I hope you make them but more that, I hope you have fun with it above all!
I love to see your larger prints. They're amazing.
Glad you like them! ❤️ thank you!
Thank you Paula so glad I found you, you are so inspirational you make me want to pick up my brush and start painting again after years of negative thoughts about my art. 😊❤
Thank you! ❤️ I’m so happy you can now realize that you can have fun with your art and silence those thoughts! 😊
I love your projects with the paint pens. Please do more!!!
Thank you so much I will! Did you see my latest video? It’s all paint markers again 😊
😊Just a comment on materials: you showed them too quickly and moved them around so much I couldn’t read the makers. The sketchbook ideas were motivating and gave me the inspiration to pull out my sketchbook and get started. Thank you.
Thank you so much! I’ll take that into consideration for a next time! In the meantime I have everything linked in the description; I hope that helps 😊
I really love the houses and the reverse coloring page the most! All were beautiful, but those were my faves. Thanks for these warm up ideas. Happy painting! 🌻
Thank you so much! ❤️ glad you liked them!
Really fell in love with the first art prompt (the overlapping leaves) so stopped the video and started painting it right away. Oh boy, are my creative juices flowing! thanks so much for sharing
I’m so happy this made you want to run and create! Exactly its purpose 😊 thank you! ❤️
I like to paint and draw as I watch your videos, feels like I have a friend in the room with me
Oh thank you! ❤️ it makes me happy to know it feels like that!
Hey Anja! Thank you so much!!! ❤️❤️❤️I will try them! Just looked into them and I like that they also have a brush nib! We’ll see!
I recently discovered your channel and I love it. Your creative ideas and lovely, honest attitude really helped me try watercolor. I tried once before and didn’t enjoy it. But your ideas give people permission to have fun and try something.
Thank you! Love all of it so much!!
Thank you so much! ❤️ I’m happy this is opening the door for you to have fun!
I could tell right away from the first video I watched recently that they were Jane Davenport watercolors. They’re my favorite.
Beautiful, all of them. Thank you. I was stuck deep. Paralyzing at times
Thank you! ❤️ I’m very honored these ideas can help to pull you out. Try to have fun! It’s what’s gotten me out ❤️
I just discovered your channel today. I really like your style! I like doodling floral abstracts and organic shapes, too. You've encouraged me to let myself do some simple things in my sketchbook.
I’m so glad I did! ❤️ thank you and welcome!
Wow it’s amazing that you are able to get some of these supplies now in Ecuador 🥰 we lived in Quito…..Monteserrín
You totally can! ❤️ and again, thank you so much!
I use watercolor brush pens a lot. Great for doing blending.
Oh I love those for on the go creations 😊
This is so good, fantastic tips, watched and enjoyed till the end ☺☺
Hey!!!! Thank you so much!!! ❤️
I like the maze page. Love how you create great paintings that are really easy to do.
Thank you so much!❤️
Sometimes what keeps a way is watching creative Paula!! But you inspire me so much I’m gonna go create right now
I really admire your work - it's very creative and expressive.

You are so delightful to watch. Thanks for sharing
Thank you so much! 🥰
