I tried this and it worked briliantly! I lowered a 22 minute long video down to 40% quality which brought it down to less than 600Mb and it uploaded within 6 hours. I really appreciate this video!
i need to maintain sound quality, does this method maintain sound.. ouh and my preview always lagging, does computer ram or processor affect our project ?
Preview is affected mainly by drive speed(and data transmit rate of the cable/interface) and then ram, your gpu, cpu, and etc could also play into this.

what to do when export a full edit movie? Can I increase the frame per second? If I am exporting a 1 hour 30 min video it takes 15 hours to complete a full video how can I shorten the video time?

Helped me out, I wanted to render at 2160p 60fps but was annoyed at the huge filesizes, this fixed my issue I got it down from 250mb with MPEG4 or 500mb with 2 of the other formats to just 100mb for the file i was testing and they all look the same to me

Does anyone find that VSDC has a struggle handling large file sizes (~ anything >2GB)? - Or would this more likely be due to RAM and Processor capacity on the device rather than the application?

That doesn't explain it very well, but some tips to fix it would be to change these type of settings for the input of your recording software or get some better quality parts that can handle the resource consumption of the recording software.

When i export my clip and watch it in my files it is super choppy and laggy. But when i am in vsdc it is fine and plays smoothly. Do you know why?

There are some tutorials on TH-cam showing you how to do that. Simple tricks: Put the light higher than normal.
