ALL THAT TRASH BOOK PREVIEW

Preview children's picture book All That Trash, which tells the story of the 1987 Garbage Barge fiasco. New York didn't want its trash so it put the garbage on a barge and sent it to Alabama. When that state got wind of the barge full of trash, the sent it away. The garbage went along the coast where one state after another rejected it. The story got more absurd as time went on.
