Just wanted to say thanks so much for including the output ratings you're getting from the P90s; I recently purchased one of these after hearing some decent reviews but was left really underwhelmed by the bridge pickup on mine. It's measuring only 6kOhm, with the neck being a more reasonable 9kOhm, and I can't seem to get any real "bite" or clarity with dirt, so think I may need to replace it.
@anthony cremer, I suggest to go in contact to Thomann for clarification. Either yours or mine is different from the rest. It is also not logical having such big ohm variation. If your neck p90 is also 9 kohm, than something is wrong on the bridge p90, cause bridge should be same or higher ohm. greetings
I have one on the way. Whenever they can pick which supply date lol. Glad there is no sharp frets. Definitely gonna replace the pup and the tuners immediately. seems like the only 2 upgrades to do to this.
Hi, I will wait a little longer and try the P90 with a noise gate in front --> end of the movie you can hear the noise without playing and it was only room loudness :-).
