    Proof that no one takes the game as seriously as Conor does. and no one understands the game better than Conor. No other fighter has ever spoken about the feel of the canvas inside the Octagon. GSP might have mentioned it once when he returned from injury but Conor talks about every aspect of the fight game.

    I don't know about 1 round but for sure Aldo won't last 3, McGregor will hurt him early and often. I'd say late in the 2nd round or early in the 3rd round Jose will collapse from Conor's left.

    • @CzarTissue
      @CzarTissue 9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      +ThugLife MMA I also think Aldo will get KO/TKO'd in round 3. Because McGregor always does a feeling out process that can last an entire round.

    • @CzarTissue
      @CzarTissue 9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      +CzarTissue actually now that I think about it I wouldn't call it a feeling out process but he just breaks people down bit by bit until they can't take it anymore.

    • @12345darragh
      @12345darragh 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      CzarTissue Yeah i think he'll crack Aldo in the first round though and then Aldo will be in defense mode, Conor might put him to sleep in the first but i'm giving Aldo the benefit of the doubt to last more than 10 minutes.

      @lickaginger4916 9 ปีที่แล้ว

    aldo backing out allowed conors win over mendes which gave McGregor even more time to develop and get a huge confidence boost with a validating win. if you are McGregor you have to feel invigorated ko'ing Mendes who went the distance with the champ. and the champ is seemingly on the run. the champ backed out and Connor put on a great performance. It might just be the era of McGregor

    • @MrNateMCM
      @MrNateMCM 9 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      He looks to be cutting slightly, now because of the IV issue guys that cut big weight are cutting more slowly. I know that two weeks out when he fought chad thats when he started to cut weight. Lets see how aldo handles the cut though.. lol

    • @Sam-ep8wn
      @Sam-ep8wn 9 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      For Aldo it will be easy because he said he will use iv because there's no test for detecting iv(Aldo said that) that's why I'm worried it will b easy for him Conor should do the same

    • @MrNateMCM
      @MrNateMCM 9 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Interesting. I wonder how they plan on enforcing that then. I mean i think the ban is stupid but it sounds like aldo doesnt care if he openly said that. lol Sounds like he couldnt handle the cut without the IV.. If Conor was asked about this i can imagine his response.. "IV, no IV, who gives a shit" lol was the ban in place when Conor fought Chad ?

    • @arasmuradi3324
      @arasmuradi3324 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      +Sam there is a way to test if someone has used an IV by detecting plastic particles which is exactly what they are looking for on top of all the PEDS. I hope he does use the IV so he gets popped.

    • @tjp_real
      @tjp_real 9 ปีที่แล้ว

Too bad your normal demise will be met at the feet of the greater fighter. All the luck. I am a fan of both and at this point i have no favourite. i just want a good clean fight... "TOUCH GLOVES! Jose is dangerous, but he takes a while to put it together and it never looks like anything he really planned to do when he finishes someone.
    Conor is an amazing martial artist, and he will win because his art is deeper and he has more choices that he can make.
    I'd just say to Conor if I could to watch his takedown defense when he moves up to the buck fifties. he does well to scramble and escape in this weight class, but he may need to find another way out with the heavier folks.

    I know mcgregor is a great fighter, he's fast, has great combinations and his accuracy is amazing but i cannot BELIEVE how many people on here are doubting aldo as if he's some up and comer he's the ONLY featherweight champion in UFC history he's beaten all comers, he's destroyed people he was supposed to struggle against and he's not only a striker but he can submit you or take a decision based on putting the hurt on you for 5 rounds his intensity is not to be underestimated and underneath all of mggregors shit talking he knows this is by far his hardest fight! I can't help but think most if the people in these comments had never watched ufc until this fairly recent mcgregor/rousey/jonny bones era and they just think the hype trains are guaranteed to win! If Conor wins i'll hold up my hands and say fair play to him but if the right jose aldo turns up in that octagon mcgregor is fucked!

      Listing three of the biggest upsets in UFC history really helps to solidify my point. You should look at Barao's record as a whole. Look at Anderson's record as a whole. Look at Ronda's record as a whole. Look through Aldo's entire career. Look at Jon Jones' career. Look at the fact that Aldo is, among nearly every respectable media outlet, the Pound-for-Pound best fighter in the world. I'm sure you correctly guessed the outcome of all those upsets too right? Sure you did, little guy!
      The prevailing concensus is that these fighters are regarded as the best in the world because they have fought & handily beaten the best fighters in their respective weight divisions. Because of this simple fact, most rational people tend to pick the undefeated, battle-tested champion to retain their title. Does that mean they are invincible? Fuck no, that is ludicrous.
      Anyone can lose a fight. But there are undeniable reasons why people typically choose the favorite to win. Especially if the favorite hasn't lost in over a decade, or the favorite is undefeated in competition, or the favorite is regarded as the best fighter alive today.
      Actually, disregard everything I've said... you've completely changed my mind with your powerfully thought-provoking argument.
      Holly beat Ronda, so that means CONOR WINS 11 out of 10 fights with Hozay

    How many of you recently jumped on the Conor bandwagon? Ive been saying since his first fight in the UFC that he would turn into this. Not many of these come around... so enjoy it now.

    Conor is smart, and all about making money. So I'm sure he is going to bet everything he has on Aldo so even when he loses he still wins.

    Conor will soon see that he too is human..... frail, weak, and he too will be humbled by this life and world that surrounds us all. No one is infallible. No one is invincible. Surely, deep down within his heart and soul he must feel that. We're all born into a losing struggle. We all will lose. We all will fail.

    Maybe someone can tell me if I am true as I am kind of a noob when it comes to UFC. I know Conor coming down in weight to fight Aldo but what are their best weight classes?
    As one o the factors that no one seems to mention is that Conor is naturally bigger than Aldo. If that is the case surely that means Conor is naturally bigger, stronger and faster?
    Or am I totally wrong?
