I think he could be a professional in any other field and I would still be interested in him.
And he went 10 rounds with arguably the best boxer in the world in his first Boxing match , can't wait until he comes back to the octagon and knock some more heads off the canvas
I don't think Connor just has the Irish behind him I think he has captured most peoples imaginations. I'm English and all the boys come over when Connors fighting. I think Connor has all the tools to KO Aldo and I think Connor will control his fights like Jonny Bones Jones does with his movement perception of distance and his height advantage... Good luck Connor.
+mike howarth Well it appears you were right. I've been a VERY casual and distant UFC fan for years. But after being in Vegas at the same time as the McGregor v Mendes fight in July and learning about Conor and seeing and talking with all the Irishmen and women walking the streets. I'm a HUGE Conor McGregor fan now.

Ali, Mayweather, Sugar Ray, Eric Cantona, Shaq, Hopkins, Maradona, LeBron... the list goes on All these men created a hype train for themselves because they were confident in their ability. Like Conor, they could all back it up because of their talent. Its showboating, its entertainment, its buiness... it makes us watch. But the one point you need to remember is that they can do this because they are damn good.
I didn't know this dude before I seen him on Worldstar today but now I'm officially a fan. Mayweather is my favorite boxer that fights right now so of course I like trash talkers who knows how to use their personality to make money. Really smart men. After McGregor dominates Aldo there will be no more doubt. There isn't a Featherweight in the world that could beat Conor, barring some freak accident or lucky punch. The Lightweight division is another beast. That's where he'll face equal competition with guys like Dos Anjos, Pettis, Cerrone, and Khabib.
The Mccgregor show, we got Demetrious Johnson there, which Connor pays respect to him, and Dominick Cruz. I saw it in him from the beginning, hes just knows how to play MMA game so well. He said it himself "Get in, Get rich, Get out." He says what hes gonna do and he does it. The man!
