@@Donoloui I don't think it's a pessimistic view, just reality. Just because you run a fast 40 time in football workouts doesn't mean you will be a great sprinter on the track beyond short bursts of speed. Just because you're a great 800-meter guy doesn't mean you could be a great miler too if you're a more sprint based runner. A great miler might not have the raw speed to be a top 800 guy. Close distances show potentially good performances if you go up or down; still, it's nothing more or less til you prove it. There are plenty of 60 meter titlists at the NCAA and world champs level that haven't ever come close to a 100 title. It is what it is.
@@andrewbryant9028 Yes, however, seeing his strength through the 60 allows you to make a reasonable and optimistic assumption that he’ll transition well into the 100
Imagine being this guys coach! It'd be dead easy - "Yes, do THAT every time!". Obviously gonna rise in the ranks but what struck me was how fast he rose out the blocks and transitioned to perfect form! One to watch for sure. I wander how old he is?
He’s got 4 races all in the span of 8 days within 5 tenths. Thats incredibly impressive. But I still would love to see him at any other venue other than the Palaindoor Ancona. As a sprinter I think we’re always skeptical when there’s results from the exact same environment. I want to see him perform with different starters in a new setting. If he goes under 6.55 again with a new venue and starters, he will get all of my flowers without question happily. Regardless, his start is out of this world on a technical level. He’s got his arm back moving before ppl even get their lead leg out of the blocks.

And no, im not joking.
I’ve been following sprinting closely for over 30 years. I know exactly what to look for in doped sprinters and there is nothing suspicious about Abby’s career so far. Almost all the “suspicion” she gets is because of her skin color. It’s hilarious and pathetic to watch people who think someone like SAFP is clean and heap praise on her while she absolutely screams IM DOPING since 2008. And then call into question Abby despite nothing sus in her progression. Ignorant and racist.
yea something is off , believe me . Something is not legal or not human going on with that guy. abby steiner as well. Well U. Bolt as well has been getting help from demons.
It is amazing how my country CUBA produce athletes all the time,in spite of a economic blockade more of 60 years, and the conditions it is CUBA,"GOD BLESS HIM"
WOW…very few of the professionals can run faster than this, and it is early season! His first few steps out of the blocks are pretty good, but his acceleration is INSANE! Wow…
Well.... he's almost identical in every way to Morne Nagel, who is one of the fastest all time over 60m at 6.48 but only managed 10.13. Even progression looks identical. Hope he improves but he may just be another short sprint specialist.
Watch… and mark my words… his times are going to drop dramatically in less than a season… 10.13 is his PB… if he breaks 10.00 and goes sub 10… it’s because he’s on the juice… there is no other explanation…
id say those 100m and 200m times are from last year and that he hasnt ran either yet this season, if he can keep form up and theres no reason to think otherwise from this vid then id say he can easily dip sub 10s for the 100m now, 200m is a little different as running the bend in form is a huge part of fast times and not just running fast
easy mate, convert 60m to yards, then calculate his speed in yards/sec. Then plug that speed into the v = d/t formula with the d= 40 yards. that will give you a time for 40 yards. (although what 40 yards has to do with anything i'm not sure? I guess 'Murcans understand that because of the NFL combine) Also you gotta factor in his reaction to the gun (which doesn't happen in the 40 yard)
I hope speedy Gonzales was clean in his pursuit of fame for he as real potential stride rotation was off the scale sub 9.00 possible with this guy if he wants it bad enough
