I'd be interested in hearing your opinion on the Pacer ETFs, specifically CALF and their other offerings which emphasize on factor investing. Great video!

Hello question for you on ETFs: So FSPGX, is that basically the Fidelity version of VUG? Also, would FDVV be the fidelity version of VYM as well?

Not sure. You're welcome to research them on your own.

    no JEPQ, SPYI, SVOL??

JEPQ similar to JEPI and I think wasn't popular or maybe wasn't even out yet when I first made this list. Same for SPYI. SPYI and SVOL are more complex than just "covered call ETF."

I really 'want' these covered call etfs to outperform the market so i can get onboard, but i just dont see how that can be true over the long term. It's also a giant red flag that they mostly seem to be hyped by snake oil salesm... I mean fin-twit influencers...

Jepi is a good strategy to use to paydown the mortgage. A fix rate mortgage is amortized. Considering a lower rate you hedge vs inflation. Then use the asset Jepi to pay down the debt. Its called an infinite return. Now one has more investing power👌 💯 👍

Remember though, this only makes sense if your total after-tax return is greater than your mortgage interest rate. That is certainly not guaranteed, especially for those stuck with higher rates.

@OptimizedPortfolio correct if one is in the negative territory, then pivot to another asset this goes for tenants also. Sometimes, they ruin your property or don't pay the bills. High income earners should just pay off the mortgage if they have high tax %.
