You literally filmed one part of the street about 30-40meters and 2 bars with almost 0 information about the whole thing and called it Iceland nightlife. What a piece of content..
My memory of being in Reykjavik during the winter I was there were three places to go on Friday and Saturday nights. I only remember one of them being really great. During the week I found they literally rolled up the sidewalks after dinner time as no one was out walking around. One thing was Icelanders like to drink a lot on those nights out.
They can choose which party they want to go to, or maybe they attend as many as they can. Interesting, every culture have their way of having a good time. 2pm, is the busiest time, interesting.
The intro music is probably something no one in Iceland has ever heard before. We generally don’t listen to music with bad words or rap at all for the most part. The music that starts at 2:20 is definitely what we listen to in downtown Reykjavik. A complete lack of diversity is what makes Iceland such a beautiful place… we are homogeneous, highly civilized & super intelligent and love it that way. We have no crime; if we see trash, we pick it up. There’s no graffiti, no stabbings, no guns, no gangs, just a beautiful, beautiful country that I am proud to call home. Do you notice in the beginning like around 2 minutes those knocked over scooters look out of place and the people are walking over them indifferently? It's because when this was filmed I can guarantee you the person that filmed it knocked them over to make it look like that's how we do it in Reykjavik, sorry people don't just knock their scooters over and leave them like that never ever would that happen. I can guarantee you also that the incident with the taxi driver was because we are highly suspect of anyone that doesn't look like us because trust me, we all know what that brings with it. I hate to sound like I'm a nationalist but that's just the way it is here and it always will be. Excuse my English and punctuation.
Understood and that is precisely why I am considering moving to Iceland. Thank you. DEI has taken over the major cities in the U.S. and that is why crime is sky high here!
Pretty city small with a small town atmosphere 🇨🇦 🍁 I like the fact there's a lot of English awesome for tourist one thing that would be nice for iceland 🇮🇸 😀 is trees 🌳 sauce maple 🍁 trees 🌳 and cedar trees 😊
Hi Isobel so Icelandic people dress same summer and winter with exepion of some people. Some dress well others are still in summer dresses in winter time, even tho there is snow. Im a icelander
I am Icelandic, born and raised here and i would say it just depends on who the person and how cold it is outside/ how the condition is. Normally it doesn't get much above -10 maybe -15 ish celsius. Might be cold to you, but here, when clubbing, the cold doesn't really get to you :D
Hello! I didn’t explore the student life in Iceland. I can tell you though that the country is very expensive. It’s the most expensive place that I ever visited.
@@IvainTures Is not really expensive if you know from where to buy things...the prices are almost like UK,only the rent is a bit expensive than UK...but the food, normal clothes and even some restaurants are the same like UK prices in this moment...
@@mariuspintea8245 thanks for your feedback. For me, it was expensive based on transportation cost. A simple ride by taxi was way more than I ever dealt with before. In addition, the restaurants as well appeared pricier to me. Iceland is one of the most expensive country I ever been to as a tourist.
This country is so casual with sex compared to any other country in the world. There's no going on a date first you go out meet a chick go back to her place or yours and have sex first then you get to know them.
I think there is a myth with the girls in Iceland...not all of them are easy going and looking for one night stand...I think most of them are shy,in a good sense...not really easy going...
Why doesent icelands govt talk to Canada's govt for some hardy trees 🌳 cedar and maple and spruce trees 🌳 and of course pine trees 🌲 🌳 im sure canada 🇨🇦 would love ❤️ 😍 💖 to send iceland 🇮🇸 lots of trees 🌳 😊🎉🎉❤
