Isn't it likely that Satan knew that the Seed of the woman, who would crush the serpent's head, was surely coming, so he set up various mother-son religions, to co-opt, corrupt and destroy the truth of the coming Messiah before He showed up?

Linda Johnson Absolutely! Not only that, he did everything in his power to persecute God’s chosen people (and still does). Got Herod to slaughter the innocents in the hopes of killing Jesus. Did a demonic dance of glee when Jesus died on the cross, only to find out on the Day of Pentecost that Christ now lives through trillions of His followers throughout the ages. He knows his end is near now and be sure he is unleashing all his minions into the world as we speak - one last ditched attempt to pour out his hatred on mankind, simply because God made humanity in His image - and Lucifer is simply a created being without an ounce of godliness in him. As an ex Catholic, I implore anyone who is thinking of joining that religion, to think again. Don’t follow a Church - follow Christ.
If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put away childish things. For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.

Pride is the original sin, when Satan said I will be like the most high, That's pride. Pride got him cast from heaven, got him Eternal damnation. The inability to see wrong in one's self, the inability to be humble. Humility is the opposite of pride. Pride does not allow oneself, to see one's own wrongdoing, it blinds themselves to their own reality. Humility allows one to see one's own errors, one's own shortcomings, and maybe the fact that everything one has been told is a LIE. First let me say. Our Father in heaven loves Each and every one of us very much. It is us that needs to learn how to Love him. Most don't even know his name! WOW!! How do you Love someone if you don't know their name. How do you have a relationship with someone who you don't know. Have you looked for his name. Not many names!!! He has one name. It's not God or Lord God, either! Each one refers to a unknown Diety. His name is Yahuah !!! Yod Hey Uah Hey a four-letter tetragrammaton, look it up. Proverbs 1:7 The fear of Yahuah (God) is the beginning of knowledge, but fools despise wisdom, and instruction. This is a major problem because nobody fears Yahuah (God) anymore, they can do whatever they want, to anyone, act any way they want, and live according to their own devices. Totally Disobedient to his Word. They fear losing jobs, or houses, or car's, or wives, or Kids, or whatever their lust of the flesh is. Whatever they pick to love over the father, whatever they put before the father, is more important to them always. And tell somebody the truth, they can't stand the TRUTH. They would have to change things in their life drastically, if they listen to the truth. Because you see, what a person believes has nothing to do with what is fact. Facts are absolute, anything else is false, from the enemy, and a LIE. Fact, the the letter J was invented in 1524, now if that is a absolute fact. Then Jesus was not the Messiahs name. It's not Greek, Aramaic, or Latin, definitely not Hebrew. It cannot be a English translation. As there aren't English people, white people, or black people that speak English named Jesus. That name didn't Exist until the 1800s. Fact, He was born A Hebrew Baby named Yahusha Bar Yoseph. Yahuah the Creator manifest Flesh. Scriptures clearly state, there is one name that you can be saved bye. That name is NOT Jesus. It Didn't Exist!!!! How plain can it be!!! People Go to jail, for stealing someone else's identity. To deny Yahusha, and call him by a defiled name, when they know his correct name, is Rebellion. 1st Samuel 15:23 for Rebellion is as the sin of Witchcraft and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry, because thou Hast rejected the Word (the Word is Yahusha)of Yahuah (God), why he has also rejected the. Now If they don't know his name, that's thier fault for not looking hard enough. Seek him with all your might, not what your told, or what is easily picked up. The Traditions of men, is what that is. If they can't see that, then I'm really sorry for them, for they don't have eyes to see. They can't see!!! They get something called cognitive dissonance, that is the uncomfortable feeling when your core beliefs are destroyed by facts that contradict your core belief. Look it up! Fact, the whole bible was written by men, divinely inspired men, but men. All but one part, the 10 Commandments, they were penned by the very finger of YAHUAH (God). Written in stone forever. As the bible says clearly, Everlasting covenant. Something about the word Everlasting, That's FOREVER. Fact, the catholic church changed the sabbath in 324 ad, I guess the traditions of men overrides YAHUAH (God) the creator. Psalms 66:18 If I regard iniquity in my heart, Yahuah(God)will not hear me. Isaiah 30:9 This is a rebellious people, lying children, children that will not hear the law of Yahuah. That would say to the seers, see not, into the prophets, prophesy not unto us right things, but speak unto us smooth things, prophesie deceit. 2nd Thessalonians 2:10-12 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish, because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved, and for this cause YAH (God) shall send them great delusion, That they should believe a lie, that they all might be damned to believe not the truth, and had pleasure in unrighteousness. Unrighteousness = Disobedience again. Everything you were ever taught is a lie. Everybody in the world grows up under government, govern= rule, ment= mind. You have been programmed, The only thing that you ever knew is what your parents who were raised by government told you, the school you attended, which is the government, and the churches are all controlled 501 c 3 divisions of the government, they make you believe in the name Jesus. A name that did not exist, it didn't exist!!!!! Why can't people understand about that!! If it's not the truth it's a lie. We were taught we live on a round ball, flying through space at 666 million miles an hour, while you're flying around the sun at 550,000 miles per hour, while your spinning at 1069 miles per hour, that's a lot of movements for you to not feel one thing. Their are 400 places in the King James 66 book cannon bible, that states somehow that the Earth is stationary, and does not move. The Sun and moon were made on the fourth day, what did earth revolve around until then!! Come on You don't believe Genesis!!! We do not believe our own eyes, and our own senses, we believe what somebody tells us. Nobody can prove curvature, because there isn't any!!
A simple Lighthouse proves there is no curvature, NASA says 66 feet of curvature at 10 miles, 6666 feet of curvature at a hundred miles, how can a 70 foot Lighthouse be seen for 30 or 40 miles, Google it. The stature Liberty is 300 ft tall and it can be seen for 60 to 70 miles at 60 miles it would be under over 2,000 feet of curvature. Water is always level it doesn't bend. It can't be round guys, no matter how much you want it to be, because you've been taught that. It's a LIE, and if they can make you believe a lie that big, what else do you believe, either can see it or you can't, you have eyes to see and ears to hear, or you're deaf, dumb, and blind. Choose the Creator not Religion. WAKE UP we have been asleep for two thousand years. For the Earth is not for the pleasure of men but it is a place of instruction for his soul, a man more readily feels the strings of his spirit in the face of disaster, then in the lap of luxury. The tuition of the soul is long, and arduous course of instruction, and in training. Humility is the key to unlocking the Door to the Kingdom. Obedience unto Death allows you to enter.

I see much more rigtheousness among Roman Catholics than among protestants. In which church is divorce rampant? In which church are divorced and remarried members not a big deal? In which church is being righteous not considered a criteria for entering into the Kingdom of Heaven?

What about the Greek Orthodox Church? I see a lot about Catholics but not Greek Orthodox.
My ex was raised orthodox and it looks like Catholicism to me, with all the religious rituals, weird doctrine, idols and images, superstitions, priests etc. it seems very much the same, just without a pope.

The catholic Pope is considered THE anti-christ and Rome the seat of the harlot.....yet we are told that Pergamum is the seat of Satan, which leaves turkey the seat of the harlot....which means the Eastern Orthodox (not the western catholics) are the followers of the anti-christ?....but if it IS turkey, then is the anti-christ not Islam?....go figure!

Constantine did indeed legalize Christianity and ended the persecution with his "Edict of Toleration" but be never made it the state religion of the Roman Empire, that was done by Theodosius II.

The thing all preachers, teachers, ministers of every kind need to be concerned is, are they preaching the true gospel? According to Paul in Galatians 1: 6-9 I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who
called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel - which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! As we have already said, so now I say again: If anybody is preaching to you a gospel other than what you accepted, let him be eternally condemned!
According to Jesus the gospel has a name. Mt. 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole
world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.
In Acts 2:14-21 Peter begins his gospel message with the prophet Joel talking about the Holy Spirit being poured out on all people. Then he switches to a message about Jesus Acts 2:22-33. Then back to the Holy Spirit Acts 2:33. Then back to Jesus Acts 2:34-36, and then what those who heard him (Peter) needed to do Act 2:37-39. Three things were required after they believed the message about Jesus; 1. repent, 2. be baptised, every one of you, in
the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins and 3. receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Remember Peter said this was for everybody, Acts 2:39. This is the original gospel of the kingdom message.
The message (good news) isn't just about Jesus, it's about the Holy Spirit too. Why? Because 1. The kingdom of God is in the Holy Spirit, Rom. 14:17. 2. The kingdom of God belonged to Israel until Jesus took it away from them and gave it to the church, Mat. 21:43. 3. The power the church needs to do kingdom work is in the Holy Spirit, Acts 1:8. 4. The church was supposed to continue the work Jesus did after he left, John 14:11-12. 5. The apostles, prophets, and other believers, did just that throughout the book of Acts. 6. The gifts of the Holy Spirit; Heb. 2:3-4 how shall we escape if we ignore such a great salvation? This
salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him. God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.
What gospel are they preaching in your church? If they only preach about Jesus that's not enough, that's not the gospel of the kingdom. There's a false doctrine being taught called "cessationism" which states that the supernatural work of the Holy Spirit ended. There are no more miracles, or signs and wonders, no Spiritual gifts. Some say the gospel is just about Jesus today, not the kingdom.
What does Jesus say? It's the gospel of the kingdom from beginning to end. Anyone who says otherwise is a liar preaching a different gospel. It's nothing but a great deception from the devil who's trying to stop the advancement of the kingdom of God.
Mt. 12:30-32 “He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not
gather with me scatters. And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.

are Roman Catholic's saved? in John 5 : 24 it sounds like as long as you believe in God and Jesus you are saved, dont Catholics pass that requirement ?
Do they believe Jesus died on the cross and paid for their sins in full. Repenting from all sin.. or do some believe the priests can forgive them of their sins..do some believe they have to get sacraments.. Jesus wants a virgin bride. 100% faith in Jesus means no faith in sacraments.. I have some Roman religion family and friends , such good people.. they don't believe in the bread being changed to the flesh of Jesus.. and other teachings of the Roman Church. They believe in the simple Gospel of Jesus but somehow do not want to denounce Roman Catholicism. Many of God's children are in the Roman Catholic Church in the Book of Revelation God says come out of her my people least you perish with her in her ways.
I'm not a fan of the interaction with the electronic board. Its very distracting. The board is very small and red on black is hard to see.
I reccomend that you use a light background and since you know you are going to be scribbling on the slides (cringe), leave more room for the notes in the margins.
For virtual learners, it would be better to duplicate the promethus board and scribbles to the computer (along with sound) which is streaming or recording the video.

I have a question the doctrine for the word church stated by Christ in the New Testament is the people only... So isn't it sinning to call a building the church because then you would be changing God's doctrine for the word church.

In the old Testament whenever you sin you had to sacrifice an animal to cleanse you and some sins were punishable by death. Now under the New Testament we are saved by grace which is faith in Chris, now we do not have to do works in order to be saved, we do not have to follow the old Testament law to be saved we do our best to follow it because we love God.the truth is you will break at least four of the ten commandments until the day that die, you will lie, lust and take the lord's name in vain or doubt him in thought word or deed until the day that you die.that's what the gospel is realizing no matter what you do you will always sin and that yahshua/jesus is the only way to get to heaven. you obviously do not believe that because you do not think you sin.the Bible says that when we stand before Christ because of the Holy Spirit God will not remember our sins not that we never did them.

Satan’s fall came about because he declared he wanted to be as the Most High God. In every respect throughout history, this is precisely what he has aimed to do. He succeeded spectacularly with Roman Catholicism because he can blaspheme Christ at every Mass, use Mary as queen of heaven and especially dupe those who wish to follow Christ, but who find themselves on a religious treadmill of works and indoctrinated into man’s traditions and paganism disguised as Christianity. I have listened to this entire teaching. I did not hear a single reference to the great schism of 1054, nor a comment of the POSSIBILITY not all Christians would have “succumbed” to said paganism. This is such a “cut and dried” presentation to prove a point. What do you do with the Nicene Creed that the Holy Christian Orthodox Church honors (without the changes injected by the Roman branch of the church). Or the Ecumenical Councils (of the dark ages, as you say) that steered the universal church away from heresies? And.... about the 40 day thing with Lent, did not Jesus go into the desert being tempted for 40 days, as well as many other references to the time period of 40 days in scripture. Yet you attribute it to paganism (to fit your narrative?). And how about the “dark ages” being dark due to Islamic oppression of the Eastern Church!

Those are His words, not mine, any Priest or the Catholic or Orthodox Churches. Your argument is with Jesus, not me. Further, the Priest is not creating anything. He fashions the bread and then adds the wine. But, the change happens when the Priest prays to the Holy Spirit to come down and infuse the bread and wine, mysteriously changing them into the Real Body and Blood of Jesus in some mysterious sense that we cannot understand. That point of the service is called the Epiclesis. God does the changing, not the Priest or any one else. So, when Jesus said what He did, He was telling them that eating His body and drinking His blood was necessary for you to 'remain' in Him. In other words, to stay saved. If you have a problem with that, go to God with it. Because your argument is with Him and His very word. Remember, when He made statement to His many disciples, many left Him because they could not accept it. They thought it sounded like canibalism. Jesus let them go. He did not say 'hey, I was only speaking metaphorically, not literally, come back!". No, He let them leave, then asked Peter if he were going to leave Him also. Later, at the last supper Jesus said the same thing. Take, eat, this is my body. Take drink, this is my blood, as He blessed the bread and wine and then passed it around to the disciples. Why do you refuse to take His Words literally? You claim that you are a fundamentalist and take his Word literally, right? So, why do you reject this part of His Word? There is power in the communion. The power must come from it being the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the communion. You probably have not read the Bible where in the old testament, the Jewish Temple had the 'Bread of the Presence'. What do you think that meant? It was the message and prescursor to the people to teach them that someday the Messiah Himself would offer Himself to them for their consumption and therefore salvation and continued salvific state. You can reject this if you wish, but it is the Truth. If you truly knew and believed the Bible, you would accept and obey this. Even Luther said that the Real Presence of Jesus was in the communion, even if he did not believe in transubstantiation. What he believed was what the Orthodox Church believes that He is there mysteriously in the blood and wine i.e. transposition, that is, the bread and wine are transposed from being merely bread and wine and are mysteriously become His body and blood. The Roman Church calls it transubstantiation because they have actual communions that have turned into actual heart muscle and type AB blood over the centuries. How much more proof would you need?
