Dude…. The only types of faucets I’ve seen over sauté like that have a hose, and most times it’s a clumsy hose that gets smashed by a heavy pot of water, basically useless. That design is so satisfying; high enough to be out of the way of the range top and tall pots, low enough to access(and no clumsy hose!). Im talking to my boss tomorrow about replacing ours. Keep up the good work Frank.

Au Gratin baking dishes. Just search "oval au gratin baking dishes". They come in copper, metal, and ceramic by multiple companies.
His beautiful pans are Cuisinart 13" x 8" Non-Stick Oval Grilling Pan - but they’re out of stock ... I’ve been searching with no luck😔
