    Hi guys, this video was very helpful! I was wondering if there is any equipment free exercise to get a total body workout and get the cardio up aside from burpees?

    When doing a burpee you don’t just drop you go into a squat 4point stance then kick out to eliminate the impact to the body he’s talking about

    Great video. I also felt burpees were overrated but couldn’t explain it like your video does. Did tons of them in Boot Camp.

    The alternatives didn't have upper body pulls either. I'll stick with burpees. Waste of time

    Finally somebody told it. Burpees is the most overrated exercise ever. I really like the overrated videos, please keep doing it.

    Everybody knows that body exercises are not suitable for all types of body, I would never ask a overweigh person to do burpees

    Doing burpees like this is a waste of time. Doing 400 6 counts straight with strict form in under 23 minutes or 20 Vahalla Miles in under 30 minutes will run you into the ground. 40 seconds lol and the little bunny hop.
