A pretty small company made this game. I am pretty sure it was the same one that made Cobra Kai games. So it’s kinda good for what it is. But would be nice with a big company depends on who, cause Activision did Walking Dead Survival Instinct I’m pretty sure and it did not turn out that great.

Like literally everything about the first scenario removes the tension of what made The Walking Dead so great early on. Like imagine if episode 1 began with Rick ducking and diving from walkers right after waking up, the show wouldn't have made it past the first season. His first encounter with a walker is iconic and it terrifies and greatly affects him, here there's just...nothing. I don't care about the graphics, they wouldn't matter at all if the rest of the game wasn't such a lazy experience.
I agree, the first episode of The Walking Dead is what made me fall in love with it. Watching this for 5 minutes and I am just disappointed 😢 this game had potential to be something great
That's your opinion, But even if the show started out the way you described with rick walking up and trying to escape a zombie invested hospital that would still honestly make for some good television.
I like that during the tutorial, Rick narrates on how to not get caught by the walkers. Games usually don't help players during the game and when they die, they'll give you a hint.
I know it’s hard to make a game, but if a game like this is gonna be this full of content and the quality looks bad, maybe shelf it for a few years until you get the right budget and studio, cuz my god this looks like and plays like a fan game.

Found out if you use skill points before hitting a checkpoint, die, and then have to respawn at the last checkpoint, the skills you unlocked get locked again, and you lose the skill points you had. I figured out though that one way to get those skill points back that was lost, is to just restart the level. Edit: I’m on hard difficulty, and I just figured out how you can farm skill points in “episode 5: overrun.” So you start the mission, kill the 3 zombies, and the expedition with Daryl will pop up. Just select “stay put, we’ll send help.” option, then continue a little bit ahead, it’ll pop up again saying “expedition success” as you’re getting close to the camp, and give you 7 skill points. Then go to the right side by the RV, collect the radio, now you will have 8 skill points. And If you spend some of the skill points, they carry over and you’ll have even more skill points to spend. So spend some or all of them, don’t save Lorri, get killed, and it’ll start you at the beginning but will skip the cutscene. Then just keep repeating these steps and you should have all of the groups. You can even use this method to get a couple trophies too.
i like how shanes neck gets twice as long and skinny when he aims his shotgun which isnt even lined up to the crosshair. also when hershell does the stealth attack, he deages 50 years and has the energy of rick
I really love the design of Shane in prison (this is what Shane would look like if he survived in Season 3), we really saw Shane's reaction to Lori's death which is so interesting and I don't care what everyone else says about the graphics or the cutscenes, the game combat and the what if scenarios are awesome! ➕ The Governor boss fight was INSANE and a true TWD fan would love it✍🏻🔝
the game is very hard in practically all of its parts, it is not something natural like the series. The Telltale games and the two Vr's are still the best in the series, but who knows, if this game sells what they expect, they will make a decent one, only reaching Negan? (only 4 more seasons)

Theres no cdc as well, im a bit disappointed the graphics are not the problem, the developers lied, its not true to the game at all. Not having those small side characters like jim, morales, andrea really impact the story and not including them was a big mistake.

My honest opinion on the game: Game is great, provides options which we as the audience always wanted to see as a “what if” scenario. But if the game is just using the same lines as the show then what’s the point of having new voice actors Just reuse the audio from the show. And if there’s extra lines needing recording ask the actors from the show to record them. I realized some of the characters like Lori and Beth had their actual actors voice them. It cud be done.

My honest opinion on the game:
Game is great, provides options which we as the audience always wanted to see as a “what if” scenario. But if the game is just using the same lines as the show then what’s the point of having new voice actors
Just reuse the audio from the show. And if there’s extra lines needing recording ask the actors from the show to record them. I realized some of the characters like Lori and Beth had their actual actors voice them. It cud be done.
Hopefully we get more seasons cause i would Love to save glen and Abraham from Negans Damn BaT BASHING😲!!! STILL MOST GUT WRENCHING SEASON EVER😢😢

I know people are complaining it looks like a ps2 game and it does but I don't care, people got used to the graphics being great and I get it it's nice to have tlou style graphics but I'm still getting this game when I get paid on the 30th getting it on my ps5 and I'm such a big twd fan I guarantee I'll enjoy it just cos of the whole choice aspect
