@@novasnotvibing alot of game devs like speed runners because they keep games alive most games keep glitches in because of it. Cuphead game devs made glitches on purpose to help speed runners
if you dont mind some bugs its worth it. You can use mods on PC to fix most of them,or jus twait for CDPR to fix them. I loved the game'S atmosphere and characters, thats probably the strongest bit of the whole game, the world is just great.
Lots of people have good reason to be disappointed, but me not having heard any of the hype and not invested myself: The game looks awesome. Would play if not for the, sadly quite realistic, oversexualisation of most things.

I remember when I first played I found a glitch that would boost you when you dashed in time slow and would sometimes phase through walls if they didn't load in time it was hilarious
mine still has a quirk where if i drive fast enough and spot a police car parked, i can get out, get in the police car and drive off before the 2 or so officers spawn lol no stars

Damn, a 2020 game, and people lack animations. Animated movies have amazing animation than games. Hahah. Sad thing is games are more expensive than animated movies, and yet more work goes into movies than games.
I think you are severly underestimating the man hours that are put into a game vs an animated show. Yes you need artists, writers, and voice actors to work on an animated show, but games require all of those plus coders. On top of that games like this require that the the entire environment is decorated from all angles- not just the angles that are seen from the viewpoint of the animators "camera". The characters also require writing and spoken dialogue for alternative decisions as the storyline is not simply linear like a tv show/ movie would be. Than you take into account the fact that coders have to work to make sure that you can interact with pieces of the environment and with moving npcs (which again - all of those set pieces and nps are also pieces of art).

Ah damn. Even the glitches aren't working.
The "can't run" bug is still happening in 1.6 though you have to slide and jump mid-slide to stop the bug.
