This guy irks me. He is not mayor quality. He’s the kind of boss who comes down from his Ivory Tower thinking his presence is the answer to everything. Senator, you’re the wrong guy for Denver.
Promising incremental success sounds reasonable, but it fails to provide a vital ingredient to the community--it's better to promise a bold and measurable goal (winning as a goal creates different collaboration and creativity than playing for a tie) because that is how innovation is fully aroused.
