  • Nothing better than a breakfast sandwich that includes ham, egg, cheese, and an English muffin. This was inspired from The Burger Show on First We Feast, but I put my own spin on this and cooked on the Blackstone flat top griddle. Also included was hashbrowns from Simply potatoes.

All with Mike Laawry's seasoning! Good groceries... Mmm ... Mmm ... Good! I see how we can get excited about cookin' on the Blackstone!

Dukes takes everything to a whole new level. Until I started watching this channel I hadn’t heard of it. Found it at the store one day and purchased a jar - unbelievable. It’s not just hype. It’s the real deal. Being in Iowa, it’s next to impossible to find it up here and online orders are hit and miss. We visited my brother and his family in Jacksonville, NC earlier this month and this boy left NC stocked up for the rest of the year. Love me some Dukes!

Been too busy using stuff I learned from Hussey on my griddle to watch videos but I'm back! Loving making breakfast sandwiches and yours looked fantastic. We use rings for the eggs on our Thomas muffins along with thin sliced sandwich ham. That thick cut has me thinking. :) Swiss top and bottom holds it all together! We tried Hungry Jack hashbrown potatoes (at the Teeter next to spices and dried potato stuff) and I am converting from our usual Simply Potatoes forever. They were exactly like Waffle House. Same method.. let them sit and then sit a little longer with some butter (another Hussey tip) before the flip. Flip and then top with Magic Dust/Spellbound from Lanes in GA and you'll never look back. Promise. Next Hussey video Turkey Rueben's? (our lunch favorite) I need a gas line bc the guys at both ACE and Tractor Supply know be by name bc I live on this thing always needing refills.

I tried your stir fry w/ noodles this past weekend and the wife(who is a very picky eater) loved it! Can’t wait to try the breakfast sandwiches. How high is the temp for the hash browns if you don’t mind me asking.

      Hash browns were about 360°-375°

Sorry, but the best breakfast sammich in the world is a Taylor Ham ( the name you southerners give it) / PORK ROLL , egg and cheese on a Michael’s English Muffins (from Raleigh ,NC) .
    But I’ll forgive you. LoL
