Since it has been shown without exception that the Yamato has the power to sever things, from dimensional walls to seperating two distinct halves of one's existence, would the blade be able to forcibly undo a fusion from Dragon Ball? I'm not suggesting it'd simply kill, but force the fusion to end if it were used in a similar way, so to speak.
