- Assalamualaikum and hi everyone! I’m back with another vlog and it’s a week in my life as a Hanyang University student during fall semester 2020 aka corona season lol. Again, I don’t really go to university because there’s no reason to except for studying a t the library since most of my classes were online.

Disclaimer: It’s corona and all of my classes were online so I don’t really need to go to the university except for when I need to go to the library to study / do assignments. @@sam_sa09 hey! I’m planning on applying to universities in Korea soon for spring 2023. I was wondering why you didn’t end up going to hanyang? I could use a little insight before I start so please let me know 😁
@@faisalliaqat610 oh. It was mostly because I had some issues with paying tuition from my country. My bank was strict about wanting an invoice in English, and Hanyang took some time to finally send one, and by then I had already paid for tuition for Sejong University so I wouldn't end up losing my spot in either. Tbh I would recommend Hanyang because they seem more fair to their international students, and you get to meet more English speaking staff and students and getting and keeping a scholarship is easier.
@@sam_sa09 thank you so much for your response. Sadly, I don’t think hanyang makes the cut for me since they don’t have the program(s) I’m looking for. Im looking to study a life science program like biomedical science or biotechnology but it seems difficult to find that in South Korea for an English track. Of course, I have no issues studying korean language on the side but it would be so much better for me to find my course in English. Thank you so much for sharing! I really appreciate it 😁

Almost all of my classes are in English :) We can choose to apply for Korean or English classes tho!
