It gave me a refreshing sense of calm and ideas of how to ease into the day versus just jumping out of bed and rushing to get to it!! Thank you for sharing. I do my Bible reading & meditation in the morning before work too but I'm going to start incorporating this fruitage of the spirit focus daily. I love the regular quality time with your daughter. Is there a way that you can do a 5 or 10 - minute makeup routine ? I'm always working or going to the gym or doing my Instagram stuff and I don't have time for a thirty -minute routine .
I have a roommate and my bedroom door doesn't lock , so , when I shower I close my bathroom door and pray and meditate in my shower - it's sort of the only peaceful place that I have to go sometimes, I guess you can call it my " Prayer Room " , like the movie ( one of my favorites).
She’s high class and upper class. I was in the crew at my church so to speak but I can’t be that woman because it’s not my birthright. But I’m so grateful to here instead of Asia because it’s cool to see how it’s done and not have the time to get on anyone’s bad side
