I do LOVE these 1980's beauty pageants,they are very stylish.in this Miss Universe(much of which i had actually watched in 1988.I was a girl watching 18 year teenage male way back then!)I even liked the non-delegate models(if that was what they were)in gold and red bikinis and hats who posed amid the Taiwanese countryside and the delegates.very chic.unlike the earlier commenter who thought Miss Mexico was the most beautiful back then as now i thought all the delegates were winners.that is the great thing about any beauty pageant.

I also liked the girls who posed as "human statues" in bikinis in that year's Miss Universe swimsuit section.

진짜그리스로마신화서나오는미의여신이내려온거같았어요.진짜우리나라여서가아니라제눈에는그때1등한여자태국보다2등한장윤정양이더이뻤는데그때그두여인의점수차이가0.2났답니다.
공동1등이라고해도과언이아니죠.
운좋게도태국은0.2차이로1등을했고아쉽게도장윤정.양은0.2차이로2등을했답니다.
