He wasn't speaking Italian, it was a dialect.
It was a regional language of Italy, not standard Italian.
i’m italian and at the start i didn’t know what language he is speaking bc it’s a dialect
@@smorklee2536 Yeah I don't know italian but I speak native spanish so I can usually _kinda_ understand italian, but I had NO idea what he was saying. I was surprised when he said italy, I didn't know you had such a strong/different dialect.
I learned italian in school but when i went to live in south italy i could barely understand a word they say, italian south dialects are kinda different than the regular italian.
the girl who thought nigerian, indian, mexican and brazilian were languages is literally every american stereotype lol
Mexico actually which is even worse
I was shook when she said “I speak Nigerian... bc my family is from Nigeria” like girrrrllll
The Brazilian kinda got my ears bleeding, I was like: "no, I'm pretty sure Brazilian isn't a language"

I loved that guy. I want him to be my grandpa, I don’t know why.

We from the south are more expressive and we kinda became the simble of how other countries see italians haha
Oh my god. Did anyone die from Hiba’s gorgeousness when she first turned to camera.
Somali beauty indeed.
those somalis man
She's pretty but she's from Somali land (at least that's what it sounds like). She pronounces her words differently & adds words where they wouldn't normally be in normal Somali.
Hades Her ethnicity is still Somali and her language is still Somali so it don’t really matter right?
Isra well it kinda does because it's really different to normal Somali. Somali land is apparently it's own country now aswell.
The woman said flirt with me and she said I don’t want you 😂I’m dead
Stephany Larios yes thank you for telling us because it’s not like they’re subtitles or anything and it’s not like she literally told us that either

I don't speak Spanish or Portuguese (or Brazilian Portuguese) and sat here, speechless. But then again I understand Dutch and probably noticed how different it sounds from Latin American/Hispanic languages for exactly that reason...

Anyone have her @?
Yes ikr

When the lady says she knows Italian and she doesn’t know the intalian dialect so you think she’s caught in a lie but then she starts to speak Italian
well, there are a lot of Italian dialects. and the official Italian adopted the Tuscan dialect, which is very different from how the southern dialects sound. many northern Italians do not understand southern Italians
I just learned something new! :)
maybe she thought "crap, now I have to speak in italian or everyone will think im a liar"
My dad is Italian and he speaks Italian dialect and I asked him to teach me some dialect (because I speak Italian but I can't speak any dialect) and he goes, which one? And I'm like what do you mean, you speak more than one dialect? And he said he spoke Venetian dialect and a dialect which is from a small city 1 hour from Venice, and he says they're completely different

Laada was my anthropology professor last year. She's a wonderful caring individual who cares about her students and one of the best teachers I've ever had during university or school. I took two of her linguistics class last year at the University of Washington, and as an exchange student she would get me to read out certain words to compare the differences in British and American phonemes :) So unexpected to see her here!
proud of myself that I guessed Somali, Hungarian, Hawaiian, Patios, and Bahasa Indonesia! I didn’t think I’d do that well
