I took a look at your Facebook page and pinterest and I have to say that I was blown away. You are so much more than what we see here on TH-cam that I never knew about before. Your an author, self taught chef with great recipes and most of all an advocate for research into cancer. When I read about your story my heart was touched. We had a similar experience with the daughter of my niece who was diagnosed with a form of cancer that is only common in young children. She went through treatment after treatment and too many medications to mention. She spent her childhood basically in the hospital. She is now thankful doing really well at the age of 12. I hope your precious daughter is doing well also. I think your commitment and dedication to the cause is so commendable and I wish you the continued strength to keep on in this noble work. It is a scary road, that’s for sure, and so not fair to children. However, I bet (I know) she is amazing and that she will do incredible things. It’s so unfortunate they have to go through such an experience, but I do know the strength they draw from it is unmatched! Yes, my family holds a 10-week long fundraiser every spring. We put on loads of events and organize corporate sponsorships to raise funds and awareness. I don’t know how to come out of that experience and not do all we can to give back, it is so needed, especially for pediatrics. My daughter is doing super well, thank you 😊 We go every two months to check her labs. We go this Wednesday, actually, and on August 29th we celebrate 2 years post treatment! She is considered a survivor 5 years out. We are so grateful ❤️ Thank you so much for leaving me this beautiful comment and for taking the time to look into my story. I've been fall decorating for over 25 years, so I've accumulated a lot and don't have to buy much any more. I've painted a lot of plastic pumpkins over the years. Where did you get the front porch pumpkin rug? I have so much color going on elsewhere, I prefer my front porch rug to be neutral.
