Great video! What do think is the best drivers SUV? Appreciate Cayenne/Macan/Stelvio etc are all slighty different sizes from a utility and price perspective, what would you go for?

Great video Joe! i believe you can remove the soft limiter when the car isn't moving by disabling traction control.

Yeah that creaking would drive me spare but I’d probably be running the stereo so it’d be less of an issue but still I’d want it sorted. The noise and potential for leaking is why I’d never spec a sunroof and in our market you don’t have the three tier package system so if you want massive spec but not the sunroof you can get it 👍🏻
Although it’s less adventurous I guess that colour spec of your test car looked quite sharp and silver can be quite good at picking up body lines so.. Nice vid, beautiful vehicle.

One thing no one seems to mention about the Q8 is how unbelievably quiet the interior cabin is (obviously I’m not talking about when you nail it, and I don’t have a creaking sunroof)....it makes it so relaxing to drive, and the B&O stereo sounds fantastic, not least of which because it isn’t competing with a lot of road noise.
Agree on it hiding it’s size well, until you get on a narrow country road with a car coming the other way....at which point you realize it’s a monster.

White stitching would offset the alcantara better imo to compliment the exterior.

Hey Joe! At time 9:05 i can see a red fuel indicator saying 250 mi. The fuel gauge on the right is showing approx 75%. This says to me the range is only 330 miles. Is this correct?

Not fond of the colour but that spec is absolutely perfect 👌, in the same boat Joe regarding working.. been furloughed since April 3rd and got news yesterday it’s been extended until the end of July.
If I had to be driving an SUV, would need to be this or Velar SVA... Luckily I don’t, not yet at least, not old enough to not get into a proper car (at least half gracefully). And pleased that you called out the touchscreens - call me an OCD or not, but I just can’t see myself living with them... Can’t car manufacturers develop a material that doesn’t show finger prints? But for what it’s worth, the RSQ8 looks truly gorgeous, both inside and out!
Hi, does the RSQ8 have a spare wheel well? Or is the spare wheel store on the floor of the boot, and thereby eating into the boot space?
Had a race with one of these yesterday! Jumped the lights and beat it off the line, but as soon as I got to 80mph, it sailed right past me like I was stood still!
Are the competitions open to Republic of Ireland or just uk?

Thumbs up for acknowledging touch screens suck! They're good for reading info, but not for input. Even as a passenger it's difficult to control touch screens. Physical buttons FTW.
Its a beautiful car but I just love the RS6 more.

I can’t believe they haven’t sorted the creaky sunroof. I nearly rejected my 2016 Q7 after they struggled to fix it.

Great review Joe, nice to see Audi injecting some driver appeal into their current cars. Have the same interior in my Q7 and absolutely love it. Take your point on the touchscreens but invest some time in mastering the voice command which works brilliantly for most functions.

Make an exhaust test please. I owned an Audi for 10 years and now I own a BMW for 3 months: When I wiped my finger on the Audi exhaust it was all black, when I wipe my finger on my BMW, it's all clean.
Not a big fan of these SUVs but this does look good.
Joe you need to compare this with an X5 M drove one last week and in my opinion the car overall is even nicer than this plus interior is fab too cheers Marco

Disagree Joe, I’ve seen plenty on the road (normal q8) and was considering one but they are too big for uk roads and more importantly uk parking spaces.
They're one of the biggest vehicles on the road so you're gonna expect them to struggle to fit in the average parking space.

Might as well be driving a cayenne and I don’t like the cayenne, and don’t like this, all you can see is the hood of this car when your driving, Doesn’t compare to the the BMW X6M. I guess personal choice but looks like same as the VW Atlas too., all the same. No thank you.

Cant get behind these massively fat audis. The new RS6 is the same, just looks too fat and really heavy. Also who really wants to haul their kids around and nail a 3.5sec 0-62? Mine would just vomit in the back and I'd be gutted 😆
Agreed. I only have a X6 m50d, and my kids throw up regularly. Can’t imagine going faster and wiping projectile vomit from alcantara surfaces... that ain’t gonna be fun. I already have issues wiping vomit from leather
