He fixed the song. Not that it was bad, but he gave it that extra punch it needed to be truly great.

I think it's always cool to watch the pros step into a song they've never heard and play it it with a listen, absent the track for their instrument. He didn't nail it, not like the writers, but there's no reasonable denial of his talent. I think it was pretty awesome. I also don't understand why people hate Nickleback.

i also questioned about the set list and the only conclusion I could come to was he started at the top of the list to learn the songs and then he was only so far in to his practicing when the gig was cancelled. "Burn it to the Ground" is typically the last song of their set. So he may not have gotten that far before the show was pulled.

Funny when Mike says a couple of times "that is why Nickelback are rich and famous and He's just a Prog metal guy." When Mike himself is famous the world over and also worth 10 million dollars net worth. He also has 2 signature model Tama snare drums, signature model Pro Mark drumsticks,Signature model Sabian cymbals that he all sees money from.He own multiple houses as well...So it is kind of funny to hear him in a way think he is not famous or rich.
