1/18 World Peacekeepers 'Blackhawk'

- Produced around 2015. This Blackhawk comes with 3 delta soldiers and 1 pilot. 3 figures have 14 points of articulation except for the pilot having 13 points due to the head sculpt being moulded into the torso.
There are quite a bit of accessories, these are 2 oil drums/barrels, 2 crates with removable lids, 2 jerry cans and 3 semi automatic machine guns.
The blackhawk itself has rotating main and rear rotors. 2 sliding rear passenger doors, revealing 4 seats. The 2 front cockpit doors open. The landing gears/wheels rotate. There are no control levers for neither the pilot or co-pilot. Cockpit detail is fairly detailed but being all black, most of this is hard to see. On the sides of the tail, there are the words ARMY but these are a semi gloss black and therefore can be missed.
measurements for this large bird are: length 60cm, width 15cm and height 17cm approximately.
As with most of the World Peacekeepers lines, it appears that these were due to be released with sound and possibly lights. This may have been cancelled to keep manufacturing costs to a minimum or to appeal to the adult collector.
These make excellent customs, as the 3 main manufacturers have gone out of production. These were Blue Box International (BBI Elite Force), 21st Century Toys and Bravo Team (Forces of Valor).

The dislikes are the helicopters who crashed into the wrong spot
I see this as a 'blank canvas' to customize and detail any which way you want; this rather generic chopper would make an OUTSTANDING reinforcements transport for COBRA against GI JOE!

Yes definitely one of the best, but I do like the patrol boat one as well, oh and all the aircraft ones 😉

this has been around longer than 2015. I have been buying world peacekeepers since way before 2015 when i was a child

@@nash-a-one thats interesting, i was always searching for the black hawks since i was around 10 or younger, that was before 2011 i believe, but this line of toys stopped appearing in the Malaysian toysrus stores after that, i only saw them again a few years ago, i found a Little Bird this year in February.

I was just picking on you. Oh ok. I saw one on ebay that has 4 figures. My Blackhawk looks exactly the same but it didn't come with as much stuff as yours did.
Naughty....i used items from other sets and copied what i saw in photos 😀to end up with the set i have reviewed.
Lol. I am a naughty boy. :) oh OK cool. I took the figures that came with those kinds of vehicles and put them in a plastic bag and threw them in a plastic container because I put my g.i. Joe's in. They look better anyways. Lol

Since I made mine desert camo I removed the little two window pieces you were talking about I forgot to mention that lol but it would of been cool to see one of the mgs on it like the transportation unit gun.

Thank you for sharing this! I remember when this set was on the shelf for 19,99€ at my local Woolworth here in Germany back in 2007. Well, I really regret that I didn't buy it, but I had to use my 20€ pocket money wisely. That was shortly after Walmart left Germany and Woolworth went into their previous store here.

Are these in scale with the jurassic world legacy figures? I just picked up the jeep and explorer vehicles. I think with a paint job this chopper would be a good fit for the one they come to the island with in the first film.
Yes I believe these are in scale. They work well with all GI JOES, chap mei, soldier force, bbi elite force, 21st century toys and all 3.75 or 3 3/4 inch figures 👍

All depends what country you live in, here in the UK you can pick this up for £44 from eBay. The U.S. I would expect you could get it cheaper at retail stores. If not I believe you can order direct from M & C Toys from their website.

Yes all very true comments and observations BUT for the price, it will have some short falls like exhaust vents facing down and not straight, tail too short, rear tail rotor not angled, gunner seats not unusable 😭

the tail of the copter is quite short...
2 more inches would have given a better realistic look.

Can elite force action figures fit
The older BBI Elite Force figures should fit no problem, not to sure about the new 2017 onwards figures though. I will need to include multiple figures from different lines. Thanks for the request.

@@Jennifer-wo9ik , Yes the BBI figures fit perfectly and so does my The Corps/Lanard Snakebite figure, as well as GI JOE's. I have measured the height of the figures and they are all 4 inches or nearly 10.5cms. So any figure that has good articulation and is 4 inches or smaller will fit just fine. they should add a stick in the main cockpit to make it more realistic and compatible with other figures

Do u know of any black hawk that has mini guns other than the night raid mh 60? Please? There has to be SOMETHING! All the mh 60 night raids are gone...... and I don't have one.... I need something with mini guns.......... there has to be something else.....
Unless u can find someone selling the mh 60 night raid for under 300 dollars....
Unfortunately the bbi night raid mh60 was the only official product available with two mini guns, one each side. There is no one else that officially makes a blackhawk with mini guns except the out of production night raid mh60, which is as you mentioned a seriously rare item now. You can only keep an eye out on eBay. These may be being sold for over $300 or more. There is someone i know in Louisiana that sells mini guns 'Pickelhaube-customs' rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F192558556334 and he has an eBay store or you maybe able to purchase some from 'Gun Runners Marauders'. And there is also another thing I wanted to know. Are there any other elite force black hawks that are actually BLACK? Can't find any. Every other elite force black hawk is sort of a green camouflage. I don't trust myself to spray paint it. I really dont. I am not good with making customs. Tried making a clay slenderman figure. Could not even assemble it afterwards. And I forgot the tie. I can't make customs, or spray paint. But elite force has the best ones. And they seem to be to scale perfectly. This one looks a little small. And with how expensive the elite force ones are, to mess it up because of a botched spray painting job would probably give me a heart attack. And other things like if the windows open or not so I can position the minigun, and I don't know how I would get the minigun in there in the first place.

As for the question you raise about any other Black blackhawks by bbi, there is only 3 types, version 1 is pavehawk woodland camo as per my review, version 2 in olive drab and then version 3 night raid mh60 in black😔i fully understand your sound reasoning behind not trying to customise another version apart from version 3. The minigun hatches are both closed and are a pain and very frustrating to open. Best thing would be to leave it alone as you don't want to spend in excess of $300 and find you have totally destroyed it.I would advise to play the waiting game with eBay, check flea markets, garage sales and charity or good will stores, i can't think remember off hand what you guys call them there (thrift store) but hopefully you know what i mean.
