I enjoyed your message I know it's been 3 years since this video I've been recovering for 15 years.
I just recently started going AA again and reconfigured my TH-cam channel to be more recovery and metaphysics.
I see you still have recent videos and have had some struggles and losses.
    So have I.
I just went through a divorce and now have a dry addict living with me that I've been friends with for 12 years. That is why I found your video.
    Thank you for the description.
I hope you're remaining spiritually fit through all your life challenges.

Thank you for making this video! I haven’t seen a video on clarification of what a “dry drunk” actually is and it’s an important topic! 👍

This is a very good video, you don’t tell people what to do only to do something if they think they have a problem! There are several videos out there that are putting out false information about AA. to promote their own type of treatment! AA. Is not the only way people can get sober but it does work. It’s regrettable that AA. has a stigma around it that keeps people from trying it! I do wish AA. would change the way they provide information. I don’t want the program changed, just make clear how it works! Because as I said earlier there are people making false claims or wrong information about AA. Thank you again for trying to help people!

Being "sober" is not using ANY mind altering drugs or medication. Right? That's what trolls will argue LMAO. Great video as always! I heard the live a little bit ago and WOW! I can't believe that TRS is still on here. That's so dangerous and scary. 💗 I'm so sorry to hear about your friend.

Thanks and I wanted to bring light to some of these terms because we use them but so many don’t know what they mean.

I like your responsibility and honesty
It's dangerous to mislead people into believing that "sobriety" is their problem.. nowadays, it's convenient to blame cocaine because it's illegal and booze is semi- illegal..
Sobriety makes no difference for anyone's fundamental problems. Fiendish behavior only becomes more covert the more the person tries cleaning themselves even from sugar. It's a human nature issue

Does a "dry Drunk" have less credibility than a "recovering addict?" I grew up with alcoholics, drug addicts, my best friend shot himself in the head while trying to get sober. I have a very dual perspective when it comes to addiction & many times I could see myself as "the addict" & I know I would've been the first one out of all my friends to blow my brains out. So, what I am asking is that by choosing to do it sober all these years, feeling the pain without sedatives & now I am 33 and feel like I have the same tendencies as a recovering addict. I guess I just feel like I wont be accepted in the AA community because I never used...

I don't think so as long as we are sober is all that matters, big thing is to let go of the issues that helped fuel our addiction.
