Hi, thanks for another Rail Recap. I was pleased to see the Green Machine at the beginning, since I can justify my two Athearn B/Box models on my HO Layout. At St Louis, Missouri in the UP Lash-up - UPY 445 was a former CIM loco and UPY 661 (GP15) ex MoPac - neither having a D/Brake. This is all good stuff to research and learn about, especially the CIM, since I was not aware of it.
6:17 That crossing gate is waaaaay too late. It should have been down 20 secs before the locomotive got to the crossing. Some idiot will try to beat the gate and then get nailed by the locomotive.

BNSF 1981 LIVES!!!!!!! 1981 was always in Tulsa, Ok but left Tulsa. :(
I miss that paint scheme. Used to see it all the time on the BNSF Hannibal Sub until the merger.

Any update on the Birmingham cam?
I remember when those SD40-2’s for Burlington Northern were brand new except they didn’t have that annoying air horn.
Gotta Love Safety and comfort in a SD40-2. I think they have a hot plate too.
I wanna have a job in the train ..
