Spongebetty hi! Honestly, it probably depends on several factors. I’m black. Most women who are my age in my demographic are bigger than me (weight wise). 28 year old women may differ in looks from 24 year old women depending on how well 28 y/o’s take care of themselves. People who don’t workout, have had kids, more stressors, etc will start to look older (not old), even as young as 28. Especially ones who drink alcohol. Usually peoples weight gives them away in terms of age when they’re still relatively young (28 isn’t old). The younger we are, the less fat we store (well, in my experience). As to why people were assuming why I was younger, you’d probably have to ask them😅 While I was taking collagen supplements, my face seemed brighter and more youthful. But, as I mentioned, I was dieting too. Only clean eating. That could have potentially lead to certain results as well. As I am me, looking at myself, I always feel like I look the same! But based off of what I was hearing, I looked differently than I had previously. I was just talking about my personal experience though with using collagen.
I suffered a torn mcl and was in excruciating pain for almost 2 years and never thought I’d be able to bend that leg again. It’s been slowly getting better on its own but I just bought some collagen to boost. Not a single one of my doctors, therapists or surgeons mentioned this oNCe! We really have to do our own research out here on everything 💪🏾🙏🏾💃🏽

I started taking collagen about six months ago, and I can definitely see an improvement on my skin. I believe the name of the brand is Besha. Something interesting is that I can swear my acne scars have almost disappeared. I haven't read much about acne scars and collagen, but my skin just seems more supple.

I wasn't always consistent, but am now that I know I can mix it in virtually EVERYTHING - hot or cold. In sauces, mash potatoes, teas, coffees, baking, etc. My bald patches (alopecia) have been a lot slower in filling up, but they are growing back stronger. I noticed the difference when I stopped for a week. My zits came out to party and my nails went back to chipping like crazy. Can't do without it now. I tried the same brand. I loved the fact that it blended well into both hot and cold beverages and had no noticeable taste. However, I did not observe any changes.
I take the Rae collagen powder supplement. It’s been about 3 weeks and I can tell you. I see improvements. My skin is softer and it’s does absorb my moisturizers better. I had this deep scar on my face that was their for two months and I soon as I began taking collagen supplements the is disappearing along with acne scars. Even the dark circles under my eyes seem brighter.
I started using collagen about 3 weeks ago. I can't say there's been a mega difference (still too early to tell). That said, I get really bad dry, itchy skin on my upper arms, and that's calmed right down.

I’ve been researching but can’t find a answer. Can you take too much collagen? Also I saw you used it for baking. Wouldn’t it loose its benefits from cooking it? Also this seemed more like a commercial than anything.
Collegen does work you don’t need to use it that much. Too much collegen can change your facial features slightly. But it won’t hurt you. Once a day in the morning is enough.
I have tried Probase Sports Nutrition Collagen Peptides Powder three months ago and it has changed my life. My nails, hair, and skin are healthier and stronger. I've started using this same brand since the start of April. Never even knew it existed however I need it seeing that I'm into sports. I've been using it once a day and I've been seeing the changes taking place gradually for me. Just be mindful that everyone's results varies.
You have to have good stomach. Please check out for dr.berg videos about that. You might need to consume (apple cider vinegar + lemon juice + water) every morning to be capable of raising your stomach acid and hence fully digest it.

You should be careful when putting collagen in your food and giving it to your employees unless you know anything about their physical makeup because some people might have an allergic reaction to certain collagen products and also it says on a majority of collagen products to consult your physician if you are pregnant and if you have any certain medical conditions before you use the product.

I have started using collagen and am pleased with how there is no flavor. I usually only add it to my juice but I will be mixing it in with other foods. I have noticed my hair strains are thicker. I have not been using it long.
Shawnda Rixey hi, what brand are you using?
plz tell brand name
Hi the company is Flowsupps. They have more than collagen. They have their own website and you are able to get it on amazon too. Good luck.
I have started taking collagen and I have headaches. Did anyone experience it?

I have been taking collegen for 1 week now,i have Ruthmiod Arthritis, suffer for 33 years ,in 1 week taking collegen,my knees, back modt my joints to gone,i start walking the stairs, hoping i get more results as this is only 1 week, also from tge first day the stiffness in my knees was gone,i want to get back to the gym .
any update? also does it grow back cartilage joints?
I’ve been researching but can’t find a answer. Can you take too much collagen? Also I saw you used it for baking. Wouldn’t it loose its benefits from cooking it? Also this seemed more like a commercial than anything.
Collegen does work you don’t need to use it that much. Too much collegen can change your facial features slightly. But it won’t hurt you. Once a day in the morning is enough.
Sondriqua Cunningham thanks for the info :)
Sondriqua Cunningham change your facial structure!??? What???? Omg I need to look this up
@@DC-se3vr omg really like how does it change it I have noticed my face looks thinner since taking collagen maybe I am taking to much?!

I have tried Probase Sports Nutrition Collagen Peptides Powder three months ago and it has changed my life. My nails, hair, and skin are healthier and stronger. My nails don't break anymore as they used to and my skin is close to perfect. This brand is less expensive than 99% of other products I have tried and the quality is superior. Dissolves into pretty much everything and it doesn't leave any nasty aftertaste or residue. I am honestly blown away with this collagen supplement.
Yes I am on the collagen team I have been using it for about 1 week and see results already and I have little more energy as well.
1-2 tablespoons a day
What's the name and brand of the collagen you use...
What brand
They never mention the brand...cause it will looks like commercial benefit
I've started using this same brand since the start of April. Never even knew it existed however I need it seeing that I'm into sports. I've been using it once a day and I've been seeing the changes taking place gradually for me. Just be mindful that everyone's results varies.
Can you take too much collagen supplements? Or will there be any negative effects?
You have to have good stomach.
Please check out for dr.berg videos about that.
You might need to consume (apple cider vinegar + lemon juice + water) every morning to be capable of raising your stomach acid and hence fully digest it.
Do you have this once a day or a few times a day?
Could you give us an update in 6 months?
Thank you for posting your understanding of your personal use of collogen.
In your vid. it appeared that your were using much more than the daily recommended level for it.

I e been taking multi college protein for about a week now. Yes I’ve started in the last couple days feeling bloated and full like I’m not hungry at all. I’m trying to loose weight so that’s a good thing for me . But the bloated feeling is very uncomfortable.
@@donnalints5595 yes its a very uncomfortable feeling. I switched to taking only two capsules per day and I find that helps me a lot more.

How many times a day is she taking it?
I think a bare-face to bare-face photo comparison would be more accurate but it was clear from the last time you showed yourself at home with no makeup that the collagen was working. Your skin was brighter and that small pimple you had on your right cheek in the beginning of the video was completely gone.
Thanks for sharing your experience.

OMG! This stuff is the truth. I got my order today and tried a scoop. Keep in mind my knees been killing me since my massage. I really think he triggered something to make me come back cause my knees were not hurting before the massage. Anyway I decide to try a scoop in my Gatorade. I swear in a hour or two the pain was gone. You only need one scoop a day.

You should be careful when putting collagen in your food and giving it to your employees unless you know anything about their physical makeup because some people might have an allergic reaction to certain collagen products and also it says on a majority of collagen products to consult your physician if you are pregnant and if you have any certain medical conditions before you use the product.
It did nothing for joint pain. Good for hair. I tried it
In o e week it started to make my stuff joints feel loose and less painful
