I have the Wonder Core and it works. Well it works for me. I do between a 100 & 200 sit ups for my belly. I do biceps and triceps on the Core. It you are consistence along with eating healthier daily and other fitness for the Body. This product would work.
Very strange video, I just got one of these off a friend, she’s overweight and couldn’t use it, I’m slim and a bit athletic so she gave it to me, I’ve been using it for only under a week and can feel results. I came on TH-cam to get more exercises variations and this video popped up, I watched it anyway, I can say honestly, these people have a hidden agenda apart from reviewing products, I know it works and tbh I wasn’t looking for a review but different workouts. I already tested it myself doing just sit-ups and it works. What are they actually giving thumbs down to? Maybe the price for me, but I got it for free.
At 1:55 minutes: True, you can hop on your bike, if you are in a nice neighborhood with a path for serious work or, take a swim if you are near the water or a pool. If you have the health and resources, why bother? Exercise equipment is for those who may not have the wherewithal to go to a gym or afford the finer things *every day at their whim!*
i bought mine a few years ago but have health problems and never got round to looking up exc exercises until today... after watching the video i was going to sell it on... but i came to read the comments... glad i did !! will give it a go ! watch this space 🤪🤞🤞🤞

Everyone can’t go out walking- swimming- biking. Inside your home if using an aid can get you moving burning calories... with proper diet... it can be very effective. Some folks have bad backs, bad foot.. health problems. Find the exercises you can do and just do it. Get moving.
You’re right . I’m surprised he had nothing good to say. He said at the end he doesn’t like to anything negative about exercise equipment which can motivate you to exercise . If this can get you moving then it’s better than not exercising. I can see him saying it’s too expensive or not sturdy enough or something along those lines. I don’t think this equipment is a bad idea and it might motivate some people to exercise.

Rather than listening to this trainer (who seemingly/obviously didn't read the insert for proper use), she needed to delve in and do a little research herself. Too many videos available to demonstrate proper use and I haven't seen any demonstrating use in such an awkward way as they demonstrated here. I like my Twist Wonder Core and it gets a Thumbs up for me. Btw, there's nothing out there to [solely] fix your abs. Abs is a muscle that require hard work [daily] to include adequate cardio and healthy diet. IJS

Yes it’s worth it I also bought one for 60 bucks on eBay and I’m so happy with it and it doesn’t hurt my back. I use it daily to do 100 sit-ups .
