    Also, Sidon's theme and the music that plays while you fight Vah Ruta all have the leitmotif of Mipha's Theme. I guess that melody is specific to the royal zora family? Sidon's theme is basically a faster and happier version of Mipha's theme.

    The Temple of Time music in BOTW is really sad to listen to. Like this game kinda just took my whole childhood of Hyrule and literally smashed it to rubble, and the music reflects that perfectly. The game is amazing, but there's a really strong bitter sweetness to playing it.

    Most of the music in BoTW is meant to represent the downfall of Hyrule. Some of that music also represents the falling of the old, such as the music in the ruins of the temple of time.

      And the Divine Beast Themes have S.O.S and S.A.D signals in Morse code. So the Divine Beast themes feature the fall of the Champions as they died in their Beasts, calling for help as nobody heard their signal.

    I know I’m late but the Devine beasts play out Morse code for “SOS” and “SAD” (search and destroy)
    Each SOS is different depending on the personality of the person
    Likely the SOS is the champions asking for help and the SAD is the blights sending signals to search and destroy link and or Zelda

    • @edwinnewmaniii2092
      @edwinnewmaniii2092 3 ปีที่แล้ว +11

      The champions died in order like this:
      Mipha died the fastest
      Duruk died a little slower than our aqua princess
      Urbosa was a little slow to let go
      And Rivali suffered the longest

    • @SomeGuyOnYT
      @SomeGuyOnYT 3 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      @@edwinnewmaniii2092 it makes sense for each one
      Mipha dies first because one she is limited in attacks and two she said she had no time to prepare
      While duruk has the shield after that breaks he has very limited attacks so easy to go
      Urbosa probably was able to hold the blight off for a little with her lightning and shield stuff
      Ravioli has the flight ability and decent weapons to survive but probably died because of overestimation
      You can also tell how they were feeling at death with the Morse code
      Ravioli and mipha had the loudest and quickest: ravioli probably because he was surprised that he couldn’t win and overestimated him self and mipha since she was about dead and needed to alert the others quick
      Urbosa and duruk had slower and quieter Morse code: They seemed one braver and two calmer about death
      Sorry went on a bit of a tangent

      @Edwin Newman III it's debatable which champion fell first out of daruk and urbosa, both transmissions end only a second or two apart in song time scale. If it was a 15 minute fight from the time the first blight assaulted a champion to the last champion that fell, they both fell around the 12-13 minute marker, but like I said only a second to a few apart from each other.

    • @damx5760

      @@edwinnewmaniii2092 also in naboris theme, sad come first, may be because as a simple humanoid he had only her leg to run to her beast (no flying/rolling/swimming) so she arrived way after the blight got there, unlike the other ones who were relatively faster.

    One of my favorites has always been the music in Rito village because all it is just a slowed down version of the music fro Dragon Roost Island in the Wind Waker (which is my favorite Zelda game)

    • @juanjosedelpinorivas7099
      @juanjosedelpinorivas7099 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      If you think about it, the slowed down version makes sense. This Hyrule has become stagnant because of the imprisonment of Calamity Ganon, in the Temple of Time happens too and, in fact, from the Temple of Time you get a perfect view of Hyrule Castle, the building is literally facing Hyrule Castle. When I realized this it gave me shivers, because the Sobg of Time was playing very slowly and everything was utterly destroyed.
      My first playthrough will always be supremely good for me.

      The moment I noticed Fi's theme (the first thing I talk about in this video) I started listening to the slow pieces in this game (temple of time, New Shrine Music, Inside a house) and tried speeding up all of them. -In Tarrey Town, you can hear what the old Goron is singing in the mine, it is also the music of the North Mine.
      -The theme of the fight against Monk Maz koshia is like a remix of shrine battle.
      -When the King of Hyrule arrive in paraglider, the jingle played is actually the begining of his theme, given that he hasn't revealed himself yet.
      - The music you hear when all the champions attack Ganon, you can also hear it in the last cutscene of the DLC 2 (it's sounds like the music of the end of Majora's Mask which is called "the moon disappears" but I don't know if it's intended).

    2 more tiny Easter Eggs:
    1. The beginning melody of botw Hyrule castle uses the same notes as the beginning of Marin's theme from Links Awakening!
    2. (a slight stretch) about 19 seconds into the Stone Talus theme, there is a short piano piece. This sounds very similar to a piece of the Hyrule Castle Courtyard theme from Ocarina of Time when Young Link is sneaking past the guards.

    I wanted to say a couple things. I would assume you knew, but I believe OoT came out before TP, so the house theme came from OoT. But whatever since it’s also the same in WW and SS. Anyway, the house theme is more than 1 house. It’s any non-village house. Selmie’s Spot, the house at the entrance to Hebra, and the golf guy’s house. Not sure if there are any others.
