Isnt it funny how it looks like two orange colours but afterwards its an obvious yellow. I think it looks wonderful especially the top :)

Hi Holly, when you blend your batter to just emulsion, do you blend at low speed or high?
I always just use the high setting.
Milk powder is the same as liquid milk, just dehydrated ❤
