Great tutorial from the BEGINNING out of the box and all the other details you took time to point out. THANK YOU! I just got my Nice Day Stepper lastnight and ready to use after your demo. Appreciate also your suggestions for time and examples for using the bands and the muscle groups it concentrates on.
I'm sorry to hear that. It sounds like there might be an issue with your unit. Double-check the assembly and the instructions. If it still doesn't work, contacting customer support might be the best option.
I had this issue, start with both steps flat then turn the orange nob below toward the + side and you’ll see one step raise up. (Don’t turn the nob while the pedals are facing the ground or it won’t race up easy)
Apparently I needed a visual aid aside from the instructions to figure out set up, but I think I have it working right now. Hopeful that this works well for me. Thanks for the video! 😊
I've been using this exact stepper for about a year pretty much every day. Great little machine. My body feels tighter than when I was using a treadmill.
I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your counter. Make sure the connections are secure and the batteries are properly installed. If it still doesn't work, it might be a defect. Thanks for watching the review!
Press the orange button and it starts to count once you move. If yours isn't, something might be wrong with it. Maybe change the battery with the spare included in the box. Directions are in the manual.
Thanks for your comment! The stepper might be a bit challenging for a 7-year-old as it’s designed for adults. It’s not very flexible for children, so supervision and caution are recommended if they’re going to use it.
Hi, to lubricate the Niceday Stepper, use a silicone-based lubricant on the moving parts. It should last a long time with regular maintenance. Thanks for watching!
