I've watched Steve for years and I love his Steve Hartman on the road. Some of the most amazing stories that I have ever seen and everywhere he went he found a story that would usually bring tears to your eyes. He's a perfect role model for kids and Adults.
What a kind soul this boy is, and his foster parents too. I’ve adopted numerous senior dogs and horses, and they have enriched our lives as much as we have loved and cared for them.
This is a wonderfully edited piece about something we may forget in our daily lives. If you sum up one word to keep in your mind today no matter what you see and no matter what happens... Think COMPASSION!!
This made me cry, oh my god, godbless his soul❤️🩹❤️❤️❤️ he’s a survivor and a hero to all of these older dogs, wow. I get attached so easily it would be hard to adopt to an older dog just to say goodbye sooner than later. But when he said he cares about how they feel now I broke down more. Thank you to this boy for everything he’s doing. He’s their hero. And now he’s mine 🙏🏻
Love the way Merrill rolls her eyes at her brother. With that level of compassion he would make a great doctor. Especially among the poor! There are very few born into this wiorld who have and maintain that level of compassion and kindness! May he continue to be an inspiration.
I just now saw the program involving Robby and senior dogs. What a wonderful story!!! We need more of these stories and you should follow Robby and the dogs he adopts. I remember when I was at my local humane society and saw a small dog who was terrified. I asked about the dog and found out that his elderly owner was hospitalized so his dog ended up there. I felt so disappointed that I was not in a position to foster the dog and to let the elderly owner knew he was safe. My pestering the staff did help the poor dog to go into a rescue group. My goal is to take in elderly cats should my present elderly cat go into God's care. Robby has inspired me to promise to keep my goal! God bless Robby and his family.
I try REALLY hard to see all sides in our current political atmospheres. But when I see programs like this and CBS (as well as ABC, NBC) news coverage, I don't understand how Fox News and their mean, uninformed hosts remain a viable option. Thank you Steve and kids for keeping the optimism, as well as empathy, front and center!
Maybe he will grow up and be a veterinarian, that is what my granddaughter wants to be when she grows up. He is the bravest, sweetest little guy I think I’ve ever seen. His mom and dad are doing a wonderful job letting him adopt all of the old dogs. My daughter and I have adopted old dogs who needed vet care and we saved their life’s by getting them what they needed. They are the sweetest and most grateful of all because they know suffering and loss. We’ve taken in ones that lost their families too.
Wow, u talk about a tear-jerker. This was so sad. And to all the right-to-lifers, put your money and heart where your mouth is, and foster or adopt kids who need homes..
