Oh hey, that's me! GG, I was running off the high of beating Bluehair I think just one match prior.
You were on a roll in that tourney! Great games
Hey man, I think that was a great showing. Even though it did not work out for you. Thank you. Enjoy yo learn by watching you. Hope it will start showing in my gameplay as well. Peace brother.
Great match. The new intros are nice too!
Perhaps a stupid question: how do tournaments work?
I am just above 1000 mmr. If i want to play a tournament: What is expected from me?
When do them start? How many hours will it take?
I dont want to waste other and my time time, by not knowing.
Tournaments are every Wednesday and Saturday. There are three tournaments that run on those days: Asian, European, and North American. They are timed to start when the majority of the population in that "region" gets home from work. On Wednesday you have the Mini Tournaments which run for only a few rounds, so about a 2 hour commitment, and on Saturday you have the Main Tournaments which run for 7 rounds, which can be a 5 hour commitment.
The tournaments try to seed you into brackets (Rookie, Intermediate, Advanced) but 1) They're seeded based on your combat power, not your MMR and 2) Depending on the amount of people that join, there may not be enough to make the separate groups. You'll often see people with 1400 MMR but high combat power play against the actual pros and legends of the game.
@@GophTheGreat Sorry for the late feedback. Thank you very much! I always saw the Tournaments but was afraid, because i didnt know the informations you gave :-) Perhaps i try one out. Two hours seems fair! :-) Even if i get beaten (only round about 1000MMR with 80.000Power). Have a great day :-)

who let bro cook?
An incredibly close game. How would you play the last two rounds differently?
I would have considered electro mag on the storm callers to gut the scorpion range. But in the last round it was probably to late for that.
Maybe not the best idea, but getting wasps to line up with the scorps and giving them ground spec, might have helped to drop the scorps at least. The mustangs would take them out, but it would be possible to at least get most of the scorps down. I am much lower MMR, so it is just a though. Or just getting electromagnetic upgrades on the stormcallers and then spamming them might have given you an advantage against the scorps... #justbrainstorming.
Had similar game in last tournament, but from other side, got melted by melters and nothing worked. Opponent's trick was .... more melters.😅
