Which game do you think is the hardest?

Could you please not skip the damage phase? I understand the desire to speed up the combat but it is very confusing since it is not clear who won the round. I found myself rewinding a few times to see who lost HP between skips (like at the end of round 4, when you said "these typhoons are going to take the game" but they ended up losing the round anyway).

Damn, this level of play is far beyond me. Good game. Sparty is climbing the ranks and is a terrifying force

Hi Stoney, thank you so much for looking at my replay. Very much appreciated. My take away was that I was using the lvl 3 fangs as chaff when actually they could do the bulk of my damage and I could buy more crawlers to support them, plus clearing the flanks quickly to get my steel balls up front and burning down his bigger units. I was really struggling with the mobile beacon rhino and aggressive assmen but I see that having more units up front to protect the tower worked really well. I was worried that the tarantulas would just burn through them really fast and with the assmen there, I wasn't sure what to place. But it seems like the answer was crawlers and stream them in to tie up the enemy forces. I also didn't have sell because I had relocate, didn't feel like my unit comp was wrong enough to sell any of them, I just couldn't make the pieces fit together. I bought replicate on my crawlers to make use of his crawler flanks but his flanks still did the job of distracting my units long enough to get the tower. I don't usually struggle with analysing my own games but I was just completely lost on this one. Is there anything you would suggest to help versus mobile beacon usage? For example, someone setting crawlers in the middle of the map to run distraction, is there anything that can help shut that down?

I almost blew it! If you notice I ran out of money to deal with the flank fangs that got the tower immediately in the final round. Thanks for sharing this game. First time I’ve beaten him. Cost control vs elite was quite the surprise. Great job commentating!

Will double the storm and emp storm will be good move? As I see some of the missle do get through. Just need a little more to get theought it. To me storm is only goof for spread fire and emp. Other purpose is not so much.

Really cool video concept! You definetly should continue with these! Although I agree that you probably could play your turn first, so you get 'surprised' by the positioning of fire, missles and the like.

Most enjoyable part was the pained responses to other people's positioning and tech choices lol

I would also say for the game with Cobaltz using a mobile beacon in the winning round to move around where he is going to place the fire is cheating the concept. The original player could not have guessed which side he would double fire so I don't think it's instructive to dodge it in this way. Now if he had the oil down from the round before then it would be ok as you could reasonably play around the oil on the ground as far as where the fire would go. Think this video is a great use of the new replay feature.

Would really like to know their MMR for each player as we go. Would help me gauge what level of decision making I have vs the people in the replays.

Congrats to Crossfit! He really earned this one with the better late drop play (and forting that tower).

Some key takeaways from me, I overcommitted into sledgies - I think I was trying to force this idea of carry sledge - but against Sparty's board, early range on MM could have been great as well as a couple early callers instead of going harder into sledgies would have done fine. But yeah, I was late on strong single-target dps and that hurt me and swung the tempo too far into sparty's favor. Perhaps instead of range on Melters, Absorption would have been preferable. Hard to say, would need to workshop it. But ideas for people in similar situations.

I like to take sniper with fast shoot. Instead of double shot. With enough sniper it can clear wasp pretty good too.

I surprised opponent opted for repair over emp for 3rd upgrade.

I do not like quick supply specialist with standard positioning. Go aggressive or go home.

I know no one asked, but I realized, the heal on tarantula, objectively makes it have more hp, per rank and same heal rate then a Rino. If you can get training then train boosting a tarantula would actually work. The same counters for that build with Rino still works, so it's not objectively better then what we already have

is it a wrong tooltip on the advanced firepower control? you said +200 dmg and the text says +200% damage. makes a huge difference ....

Lovely tutorial. I'm still new at about 30hrs. I had to slow it to 90% and it felt a bit fast. But loved all your editing stuff! As a newbie I feel like i'm understanding the early game a bit, but late game seems so overwhelming! One trend I am seeing is *chaf chaf chaf* layers of it, begging middle and end. Thanks for the tips!

The Round 4 mobile beacon centre point wasn't on the tower, just the edge clipped it. Not a bug this time!

recognizing that the opponent's tanks were going to outlevel you and pivoting to rhino/wasp was a great call. Looking at it from the other side of the board, what should your opponent have done to counter the counter?

Your bed bug strategy seems to be to harsh for my poor gaming laptop in the summer :C

fire badgers are super strong, how do i counter them? one time i tried a 3 proned rhino push but they almost got insta melted by 3 squads of badgers.

Did the sledgies actually do well this game? Felt like they were losing to scorps and then worms carried...

I sometimes wish there was a tech de-grade, I've made horrible upgrade mistakes before like siege on scorpions.
