I fill the milk tank with water and then run the clean water through the machine to get out all the milk. I will also empty the coffee grounds out of the portafilter and then run an expresso of clean water through it.
I snagged a used one for $50 a few weeks ago and I really like it. Have only made cappuccino so far, but will definitely try the latte setting. Can probably make my wife Cuban coffee as well.

I just bought one of these and my porta filter doesn't turn all the way to where the handle lines up with the lock icon like it says it's supposed to. It seems to be pretty tight though. Any ideas?
Stopped listening after 2 minutes - you are mumbling and not talking loud enuf to be heard or understood (IMHO). May have been a decent video if you'd speak up or put the mic closer to your mouth. Also, why not DEMO it instead of just TALKING!?!

mrsdizi1234 nothing for extra hot water. You could just remove the espresso and just do a run without any espresso in it
Does Starbucks sell caramel syrup? I seen you use two pumps of that sweetener.

You're putting too much coffee in the portafilter. After you tap it down at should be 1/8 of an inch from the top.
