Looks like you used two drill bits. The first went all the way through, then the second did not. What were the sizes of the drill bits?
And did you use teflon paste or tape to seal it and end of video?

In my case the gauge I used had a 1/8"x28tpi thread, and the tap I had required a 21/64 drill bit. As for the pilot hole I drilled through to the fuel passage I don't remember exactly, but it was the same size as the hole in the bottom of the gauge so it would read the pressure from the rail. As for the thread sealant I used regular teflon tape.

What size was the tap exactly

Did you notice a difference in power installing these?

I did not notice a difference in power. The main reason for the pressure gauge was so I could set the base fuel pressure with the adjustable fuel pressure regulator. I changed the regulator out because the original one was getting weak, and I was planning on turbocharging the car. I might still turbocharge it but it’ll be after I start and pretty much finish a different project, so stay tuned.

@@the710experiment84 just installed the same type of add on to my factory fuel pressure regulator and I can notice a difference not much but it seems to have gained some torque gonna install the gauge how you did thanks for the video I will definitely stay tuned
