Concrete Dystopia IV // Toronto Alleycat // Fixed Gear

"Concrete Dystopia IV" is the second alleycat in the Triple Crown Series that took place on August 19th 2023. I followed Hunter (1st place), Mickael (2nd place), Jean (3rd place) and Andrew (5th place). A total of 14 racers took part in both open and WTNB categories.
Race details:
-Race began at 138 D'arcy Street.
-There was 2 manifests total that could be completed simultaneously
-Manifest A consisted of 10 checkpoints, and Manifest B consisted of a series of pickups and drop offs.
-End location was Grange Park.
Race Winners:
-First place WTFNB: Hunter (and first overall)
-First place Open: Mickael

It's a concrete dystopia because 99% of the roads are damaged and crumbling away. If the roads were smooth like on Jarvis Street, it would be a concrete utopia for cyclists because you can comfortably build up speed and enjoy cruising on the roads.
