Filter the cooled oil through a coffee filter and store it in the original bottle for next time. Put it in the fridge if you think it will be awhile before the next use.

When you go to bread and coat things, just use bigger ziplock bags and shake them. It is so much cleaner than going from bowl to bowl. Awesome job though man. Looks really good for something made in a van lol

When you’re frying anything it’s easier to use the back of a wooden spoon and if bubbles come out of it that it’s hot enough even if it’s just a little bubbles just a little tip

If you have a wooden utensil you can check if temp of oil is hot enough to fry if it bubbles when submerged.

Put your flour coatings in plastic bags not bowls when coating meat. Easy cleanup. vinegar and water in spray bottle to aid cleanup as u go.
