Pacifica CA ? Awesome spot man that taco hell cantina right off the beach is everything lol nothing better then a crunch wrap and a yard cup Baja blast margaritas looking over the beach 🤟🏽🤟🏽
Birria is a pretty ambitious thing to make in a camper, starting at 3:40 in the afternoon! Good job! I'm actually making it this weekend and it'll take me most of the day and involves my smoker. Making tacos from it, they're amazing and definitely something you should give a try some time. They're a little different than a regular taco, give them a google. A tip that will save you a little time and work...don't bother chopping garlic, only quarter your onion, and put your peppers in hot water for about 15 minutes. Throw all of that along with your spices in the blender with some beef broth, then pour it over your meat. No fishing stuff out and burning yourself :) Also, the spices you are missing are Mexican oregano and cinnamon. You can just throw a couple of cinnamon sticks in with the meat. Also, a good splash of apple cider vinegar. Sorry, an old mom cook can't resist giving you a little guidance on a family favorite ;) Your burrito looked bomb!
I used to hate cooking but thanks to you tube videos I've gotten into it. My husband's happy. No more take out. I'm trying to convince him to sell one or both our homes and buy a class c and travel. We are both retired. We had a home in Florida, we sold it last year. Traveling full time in a rv is my dream.
Shower Drain Fix: Use a drill bit to drill the holes a little bigger. I used to be a plumber. I would do that for sinks that didn't drain fast enough with the same drain grate.
Hey Ryan, of everything that you’ve made on this channel, that burrito made me crave one of your creations the most. It looks like it’s off the charts good!
Weird .... I just made my first pot roast this past weekend, the exact same way minus the peppers. Its soo fire and you can use that meat in so many different wayz. YUUP !!! 💣💣
It's a beautiful thing ! Yours looks so much better Ryan. I love watching the cooking portions of your videos. You are becoming quite the chef and you always give me great ideas for my next meal. Keep up the great work my friend. Peace out down yonder in East TN
The design of your van is Amazing! Your shower is very well thought, so cool to have this possibility. Also the way you cook elaborate recipes in your van that I wouldn't even dare to try in my kitchen loll 👍👍👍
You're literally the only youtuber i follow everyday, i love watching a new video of you on my feed. You're the guy who made me choose the van life ! Keep it up brother !
At 14 my dad packed us up in a 1970 VW camper van. We left from New Jersey and covered quite a bit of the US and Canada. Destination was Alaska. Frying eggs on the asphalt at the Hoover Damm. Well acquainted with van living.
Shower is genius 😮, you go Boy!!! How Cool , that's right. The option is there. Taco Bell Catana , I want to go to one, had never heard of them. Nice view to 😊 Let's cook & drink🎉 tonight. Your burrito looks amazing, well done#keepitinmotion
I'm glad you stopped there at that taco bell. When I saw you were in half moon in your last video I wanted to send a message and suggest it just because the area is beautiful and that taco bell shows up in articles as the fanciest taco bell in the world. If when you come through NORTHERN Northern California, check out as town called Chico and Bidwell Park. Parts of the 1938 Robin Hood were filmed there.
Ryan, you should really look into an instant pot for these kinds of recipes. Will take some power but will be way quicker and way more contained in that small van space. Great video and love your spirit!
I have been watching your videos every time it uploads lately after finding your channel. It’s fun to watch so thank you for the entertainment all the time!!
Enjoy your channel. You give van life a good name. Freedom, automony, endless mobility. Plus living minimal does not mean doing without creature comforts. And you get to see the country like most 9-5vrs never will. Life is short 👍
Keeping clean is key. My parents taught me that first hand back in the day with our travel adventures. Love that Taco Bell , but love your version wsyyyyyyy better 🌮😋👍
Love the videos brother. Stay safe, keep cooking those beauty dishes👍 And... thanks for getting that Katy Perry song stuck in my head while you were in taco bell😔🤣😉👍
LOVE that you are becoming a Vanlife Chef 🥰& those "Ryan version" looks so amazing/delish to the eyes that it makes us 😋. Keep up the job well done! Safe travels always. 💓🚐💙
Ryan, you should have a meet and dinner with a fan in the locations you go. Pick a local fan, the fan buys the ingredients, you cook, then share dinner and stories. Kinda a way to have company on your travels across country.
Watching you cook burritos and your expression eating it made me want and go out and buy one ,started watching your blogs a few weeks ago hooked great content
Loved this episode thank you! Will Mitchel ask you to check out a bouillon called “Better than bouillon” which is a great product. In your van with limited space this bouillon requires refrigeration after opening. Also check out Knorr powdered bouillon comes is small containers which need no refrigeration after opening. We keep both on hand. Using bouillon kicks recipes up a notch. Keep up the great channel and happy travels! Thanks for sharing your travels with us all!
OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! Your burritos looks WAY better than Taco Bell’s! And I know it tastes better because you put all the best seasonings in it and it’s home made. Those two factors always makes it better that restaurant quality. I’m going to have to try this myself. I bet your van smelled heavenly while you were cooking all of that.
I’m so hungry after watching that episode. Didn’t catch where you were but it looked a lot like Carlsbad-minus the Taco Bell. Good times so intriguing watching your experience… never thought I would find myself following someone else’s life… nice work can’t wait to watch more
just stumbled across your channel...and I have to say, I love how you have set up your van. Looks amazing bud. Also those burritos made my mouth water lol.
Omg!!! That is the most clever and the most efficient DYI shower I have seen in a vanlife video. I have a question, though. Where does the water flow down to? Thanks for showing us your shower setup. I think it's great and the best I've seen. ❤👍🏻
I am soooo happy to stumble upon one of your videos! Now I can't stop watching and definitely subscribed :D Also, RyanBell definitely wins this round! That looks so gooood!
Are you in Santa Cruz? If you are you should do a meet up. Lol ryan you went to a Grocery Outlet! They are like a discount grocery store. Usually all the stuff changes as things sell or don’t. Or if companies have extra and stuff. Good bargain but not always what you need
5:43 it is pronounced like beer-e-ya with a rolled r sound. But the food looks delicious! A couple of things to help improve: 1. Add the meat juices from the plate. Also, keep the oil in the pan unless it has burned. It has rendered fat from the meat which adds a ton of flavor. 2. Instead of using tomato paste, add a can of diced tomatoes to your blend and add that to the beef in the pot 30-60 minutes before serving. 3. Use cilantro over bay leaves. Enjoy! Thanks for another great video from The Stealth Camping Chef!
Looks/sounds amazing, never had a taco before, I grew up on spuds in Ireland bland as bland could be. I must try Taco Bell if I ever make it to America ❤
It was so cool to finally see the whole shower set up! lol...I've been so curious and wondered how the shower curtain was going to be put up. I absolutely love your vids and the way you do van life!
Take a shop vac put it over your drainage hole on your shower then vacuum it out, you can prolly pick up a small one at Walmart or Lowes. Great video Ryan
That isn't San Francisco that's Pacifica, CA. You are at Linda Mar beach the southern point of Pacifica were I lived in the 80s. That Taco Bell was there back then they just expanded it a little. San Fran is about 20 miles north.
ok if you put a tray down you can attache an elbow to the bottom that slides into the slot hidden by a plug when your not showering. just put the tray under instead of the fancy drawer i love it tho so amazing.
Hey, Ryan! Always watching you from Brazil. One tip: if you want to never cry again cutting onion, try using a very sharp knife (as you did), and don't remove the root!
I cant wait to retire, buy a van and take off. Have to figure out some logistics but will get there! I love your recipes. You should write a cookbook to go along with your other merch.
Dude is a genuine and down-to-earth type of person. You killed it with the burrito, bro. Definitely going to attempt the recipe. Love your content.
how did it go the recipe?!
That shower set up is the most humble part of your van build! I approve!
This kind of setup is gonna start showing up more and more.
Yea its not perfect, but it works!
@@Ryantwomeyy I wonder where the grey water goes? Is there a tank, or hole?
Really do like the shower set up. Let us know if you find a solution for the drain.
@@autosundspiele1602 personally id just get eco friendly soap and do a hole😅

Best comment!
DenalynWyo thank you kindly for your recipe and tips... and thanks to Ryan for the cooking 😊
i live in half moon bay, glad you enjoyed your time here. Also that taco bell has the best piece of real estate of any taco bell!
Wish they'd rebuild Cliff House like back in the day. I think it's on the most primo spot.

Im having anxiety about a propane gas stove running while you're not in the van...😂😂
