That is a wild score. What’s your 2k, like 5:50? Usually it’s like 6 second split differential, so that would probably mean you’re around the 1:28 split mark for a 2k?

5k tests are like strength endurance sessions its more for mental than anything else (i hate 5k and strength endurance *crys in lightweight*) and i tell that to myself bcause i suck at 5ks and like that i can feel a little better about my self
@@TomLynch248 This is crazy dude. How do you get your cardio endurance stronger for 2k's and 5k's. I heard doing a lot of steady state, high intensity interval workouts, and doing exclusively squats and deadlifts are the best workouts.
