Yes I had problems with the BH gear plate. It made the mesh too tight. I've had a couple other people have same problem but I've had 1 or 2 guys fit perfect. I run the trc gear plate now w zero problems 👌🏽

Depends on size. I would change the diff fluid to thicker, upgrade the outdrive cups and axles, replace the tranny gears and layshaft to blackbone, and replace the bell and gear plate to accept the larger bearings of the blackbone bell. Or you could toss the big block in and replace as it breaks parts.
It's really not as light as I thought it would be. The upgraded bones, trans, and bb gears fattened her back up a little. She weighs in at 29.6lbs fully dressed w fuel.
Those parts were gathered from eBay, Taylor RC, Detroit Performance and DDM. The engine is from O'Neil Brother Racing. Let me know if there's a particular part you need to find and I can let you know.
