    Two turnouts on a narrow shelf, and hours of operation. Brilliant!

    This layout really speaks to me. That was a really enjoyable switching session to watch. Incredible amount of operations packed in a stunningly small amount of space. Great video editing, nice lighting. Thanks for sharing and inspiring.

    Nice low gear ratio for slow switch ops. What make is the Reading & Northern switcher, and which brands operate similarly in your opinion ? Thanks in advance !! I am starting up a replica of the American Can Co., on Boston St. in Baltimore circa '77. Conrail Geeps almost exclusively run on those rails back then....

      Thanks. The switcher is an Atlas model which I would highly recommend. Athearn Genesis are pretty good too. Have a look at my video 'Switching Westborough Terminal Pt3' it features a n Atlas Conrail GP40-2.

      @@Alcanman1 Did you put a lower gear set in the switcher or any other mods? I'm looking at upgrading my DC layout to DCC using NCE 25 system, but I'll need to upgrade my loco game too! I want something that will CRAWL! Years ago, Atlas was more of a 'toy' brand, but they've obviously upgraded since those days! I will check those out.

      @@signman9328 no mods. atlas diesels are fitted with esu loksound decoders which have superb slow speed control

    Hi! Ok I understand how this operation works now so thanks for sending the vid. What industry is that building being used for and is the team track/transloading track associated with the building or are they two separate industries? Thanks.

    • @Alcanman1
      @Alcanman1  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The building is a food processor. The team track is a separate industry.

    Is NS in this case considered a local turn?
