There were 12 Orca stuck in the Ice on the coast of Japan this past winter! The last I heard Japan said they could not rescue them! I was wondering if this was about that group. I hadn't heard anything about them after that one news report! I hope this was that group!
Amazing story. Orcas are such special extraordinary creatures, I was very blessed to be able to spend some quality time with several of them when they swam into a bay and Silverdale Washington and they stayed there for a few weeks because they didn't want to go back out underneath an overpass for some reason. And they interacted with us while we were in our boat. They swam up and popped their heads up and looked at us and my legs almost fell out from underneath me. It was so amazing! Overwhelming; It literally took my breath away. I absolutely adore them. So happy these people were there to help them. Would have been so devastating to have lost them❤❤❤❤❤❤
When and where is a good question because all I find is about orcas trapped near Japan, and the officials said they couldn’t help, but fortunately those orcas got free on their own overnight.
A great example of what compassion and expertise can do. From the whales cries of helplessness in the beginning to the wild applause ar the end when the last Orca found its way out into the vast sea of freedom -- a story that makes your heart swell and believing again in your fellow men. Bravo to all these unsung heroes!
I would do the same thing because it's survival of the cutest. However , how would a humpback whale feel whose brother had his mouth forced open by orcas that went in and ate his tongue as a snack. If we loving humans witnessed that what should we do? There's a exhilaration in working together through a difficulty to reach a goal. I suppose I'm happy for the orcas and sad for the humpbacks. Oh well...I did enjoyed the video. I'm sure the orcas approve.
AI Update : There is no recent news about orcas being trapped in the ice in Arctic. However, there was a report of orcas trapped in ice in Japan in February 2024 ¹ ² ³ ⁴ ⁵: - A pod of around 12 orcas were trapped by drift ice in waters off Japan's northern island. - The orcas were spotted by a fisherman and were reported to officials. - The orcas were seen poking their heads out of the water, trying to breathe. - Officials monitored the situation and speculated that the orcas escaped safely between gaps in the ice.
A truly inspiring story, of how the community of men can act as decent responsible caretakers for other members of the animal community. Really needed this in today's world! Thank you.

Would have been so devastating to have lost them❤❤❤❤❤❤
Where did this take place? When did this take place?
When and where is a good question because all I find is about orcas trapped near Japan, and the officials said they couldn’t help, but fortunately those orcas got free on their own overnight.
@@louisegogel7973maybe this is just a story made up to make money and get subscribers and likes! I used to like this channel. No more!
A great example of what compassion and expertise can do. From the whales cries of helplessness in the beginning to the wild applause ar the end when the last Orca found its way out into the vast sea of freedom -- a story that makes your heart swell and believing again in your fellow men. Bravo to all these unsung heroes!
These orcas are one intelligent fish, the pod will never forget what the humans done for them! ❤
Orca are _NOT_ fish !!
They're mammals like whales, dolphins, porpoises, and humans.
congratulations and tototal respects to the rescuers... When the humankind is able of the best ...Thanks from the deepest of my heart ! ♥♥♥
Thank you from the Netherlands ❤❤❤❤❤
All animals are precious and I thank all who had a part in supporting and the efforts they put in rescuing these animals 💜
The savers will be buried in a special place! The valley of the greatest of all times 🌎 🌎 you are the greatest 💕
Bravo! Great job to the rescuers!

Thank you for the bottom of my heart for rescuing these beautiful creatures 🙏GOD BLESS YOU !!!
That’s why Orcas are attacking sharks. They are trying to protect humans.
No, they are eating their livers
@GreyLeeArt Dolphins attack sharks all the time to protect humans.
@@brunoqnzbk7891 Ha, ha, ha! What a childish story!

this happened many times over time....I remember this from the 70's
A truly inspiring story, of how the community of men can act as decent responsible caretakers for other members of the animal community. Really needed this in today's world! Thank you.
