I have been there years ago. It is an awesome place. While your were there, I was at Alabama Hills CA in the eastern Sierras. If you haven't been there you should look it up. It is one of my favorite places to BLM camp.
@@4WDAdventureCrew It is so beautiful and the town of Lone Pine is only a couple miles away. There is a Sheriffs office in Lone Pine, a hospital, a great market, a nice breakfast place/coffee shop. even a Mc Donalds, a nice park with lots of trees for a picnic. I was there alone and I am 71 and I felt very safe there. The star gazing was the best I have ever seen.
Not your usual video. Hey if you ever want to read a fascinating book on the history of California and the race between Russia and America to take over the western territory try Irving Stone's "Men to Match my Mountain". Really interesting to read, especially since were offroaders and how they moved wagons, canons, and equipment over the Sierras.
Great Video! We are just finishing up our restoration on our 2015 Grey Wolf 26RR Toy Hauler and since Ocean Cove Campground is only 80 miles form our house, this will be our first trip with our new trailer!
What a beautiful video! We have been at ocean cove one time three years ago and loved it. Glad you enjoyed the ocean and camping in the RV- very convenient with kids. When we saw your Yucatán chicken from Costco- we laughed because we got it too today to take with us on our upcoming trip to Moab Utah in couple days . So excited to go on adventure and like you said - you can only find beautiful and unique places when you explore. Awesome tour of Fort Ross as well! Thank you! Can’t wait for more videos because we love watching you and your crew.
Very cool! We have camped there several times. We normally try to camp at Reef campground just south of Fort Ross but the campites there have an 18' max limit There is some good surfing along there at the right time of year.
@@4WDAdventureCrew You maybe able to squeeze that 28 in one of those sites.... You never know till yoy try. Right next to Fort Ross. They call it Reef campground. A parking lot and two coves down by the beach. South swell during the summer. One of those rocky coves is an amazing surf spot.
Watched a documentary.... Up in Alaska.... The Tlinit tribe. Living on islands down to the Canadian border.. There still are Russian churches/outposts up there. Grandefather. The biggest bear on our planet. A Grolarbear. Part Grizzly, part Polar Bear. 6' high on his hump on all fours. 13' high , standing on his back legs. He eats bigfoot for a snack...
Just spent a week there. It was absolutely beautiful and the owners of the park are super nice people. Great prices and stunning views!
Sweet keep up the good work man I go to ocean cove about 5 times a year
That’s cool, thanks for watching

Why would anybody want to move out of California
Because grass is Greener somewhere else
Cause it's so expensive
