Well, he was originally supposed to appear on November 99, but he had to be bumped as one of the Fastest Finger contestants for that episode was supposed to appear in August, but was ineligible because he was running for political office, and Ed became an alternate. Hence why they put him in **this** episode, and only the top 9 qualifiers qualified for this episode. Hence why you see 9 person fastest finger rounds.
